High Point Dental Partners

Just switched to this practice after moving to the area. It came highly recommended by friends and family and now I see why! Office is beautiful and clean, staff is super sweet, cleaning and X-rays were a breeze. Dr Floyd did a great job explaining everything and has great bedside manner. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. If you’re a nervous dental patient, I’ve got no doubt they’ll put you at ease. So thankful to have found a great, trustworthy place to switch our family to! Will continue to recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this office! Dr. Byrd and Dr. Floyd are both amazing—kind, gentle, and great at explaining everything. Amber and Kailey are always so pleasant and friendly, making me feel completely at ease. Dion went above and beyond working with my insurance to make sure my coverage was accurate. You can tell the whole team truly cares about their patients. I’ve been coming here for years and am so grateful to have found such a wonderful group of people to trust with our dental care!

I am so thankful for Dr Byrd and his team for their exceptional care. My daughter had a dental emergency with a chipped tooth. They scheduled her immediately for a morning appointment. From the front desk staff to the dental assistant and the dentist, everyone was so patient and gentle, which really put my daughter at ease. The entire visit was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this practice, especially for families with children!

I'll preface this review by saying I'm terrified of dental work. As a result, I now have a lot of work to endure. I'm so glad I found High Point Dental Partners! I've seen Dr. Byrd and Dr. Floyd and both are so very nice, caring, calming and are the best at what they do. Everyone on the staff is extremely nice and knowledgable. The ones I've had dealings with have been there for many years, which reflects highly on the practice. I highly recommend High Point Dental Partners! They're giving me my smile back! Woke up with a throbbing tooth ache. Called my regular dentist, and they didn't even answer the phone. I reached out to this office and they worked me in right away! Amber did my testing and couldn't have been kinder. I believe I Saw Dr Floyd. He was thorough and explained everything to me! While they were unable to pin point the problem/ correct tooth, they quickly referred me to a specialist, rather than possibly root canal the wrong tooth! I can't sing their praises highly enough! I will be switching to this practice for my services from now on! Thank you High Point Dental Partners!

I was referred to Dr Bryd by my grandmother and he and his staff are wonderful! They are so kind and friendly. I have always been terrified of dental work but they make me feel so comfortable while having work done. I recommend this office to everyone!!!

Awesome dental office with caring and compassionate people, from the front desk to the back of the office. Amber is so sweet and kind .Dr Floyd extracted my tooth today and he was Awesome took the time and made sure I was not in any pain and was so kind and another assistant sorry I forgot her name but she was so kind and sweet to and explain everything they made me feel comfortable..They gained my husband and I as new patients..
