If you have Medicaid I do not recommend this place at all, they really don’t care about you all they want to do is take all your teeth out so you can get dentures. And then the dentures are the worse ever, they are hard plastic I can’t even talk with nor eat anything at all with them and they are extra big for mouth. Because of them I have to walk around with no teeth at all because Medicaid won’t even cover another pair for 5 yrs. And they didn’t even care just sent me on my way. Did nothing to help at all. And then these prices to dental implants is crazy who can afford those at $30,000!!!!
I originally saw this place on an infomercial! In person, they are super friendly and informative! They will tell you everything that you need to know to get started! I feel like they care more about the customers than the wallets! I'm definitely hoping to soon be one of their patients!
I’m diabetic and fasted as told. My VA Social Worker brought me and waited 4 hours for me and I was never treated. My blood sugar was 60 and I was getting in a dangerous situation. I asked staff when I would be seen. I was told to leave because I complained. In addition, the clinic was overcrowded, exceeding the Fire Inspection Code. Now I must have to wait until September to see another Oral Surgeon. Office staff made a serious mistake on my paperwork and caused additional delays. Worst experience with an Oral Surgeon ever. I’m suffering infection and pain from 5 broken teeth. That’s not medical care, it’s irresponsible and cruel. Reporting to NC Board or Oral Surgeons. I could have gone into an unconscious state due to low blood sugar. The clinic put my health and safety. Don’t go there.
My husband is deathly afraid of the dentist since he was a child and looks forward to going here. They make you feel like they care and actually do what they can to help. We have been going here for about 7 years and I recommend them to everyone. We currently drive from Burlington to have them as our dentist.
They didn’t clean my teeth on my visit only X-rays and they demand cash copay…. I scheduled a follow up visit and They changed my appointment an hour earlier to 8 am and I WAS NOT made aware until the day before. When I asked why I hadn’t been made aware I was told that they could change it for any reason they please and it’s been in the system for a week… they knew for a week and I still wasn’t made aware of the change until 24 hours before my appointment… I was then told "maybe I should find another dentist" because they messed up I DO NOT RECOMMEND they wasted my time, money, and great save but no u remember incorrectly u cancelled my appointment and when i asked why didnt i recieve a follow up call or rescedule call when my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge yall got offended because i called out that yall arent doing yall jobs at the front desk. Since u were mad u told me to leave and "maybe i should find another dentist" u had too much pride to apologize for not rescheduling a patient who had been waiting on an appointment Its ok tho i went to a 5 star dentist with cleaner nicer rooms and got beautiful work done. Do better dont try to wait years to reply and slander my character thinking i wasnt going to respond. You need better customer service and could benefit from a social service course. You talked crazy otp and werent expexting to see me in person or for me to come get my xrays where u played the predictable role.
Today I came to the office. I wasted time for you'll to tell me you'll don't take my insurance. I drove 43 minutes. Please teach your employees to ask if your insurance has changed. Very important to ask if any information has changed
Probably the worst place I’ve ever been to. First when I get there the blonde girl took me back in to a room with some girl and she was telling me what was going on with her and I was like "ummm I don't know her" 😐😐😐 she thought I was her mom. Second of all they told me I needed to get my wisdom teeth out, then told me if they were not bothering me I did not have to due to the fact they probably wouldn’t come in. He then said it’s because I’m 25 I wouldn’t worry about it...I am not 25 so I told him. He then kept pressuring me into getting them out. I told him that I would just keep them how they are if they are not bothering me. He got an attitude and then left the room. The lady cleaning my teeth seemed like it was her first day and did not know how to do anything and she kept watching the tv while in the process of cleaning me and did not suction me but twice within 25 minutes.
