Aspen Dental - High Point, NC

This was my first experience at a dentist office like this. Needless to say I was a little skeptical. I signed in and paid $29. First I got my X-rays done. The workers were nice and after talking with the dentist and doctor regarding my teeth they went over estimates on everything they said I would need to have done. I appreciated being able to get X-rays done and ask them questions regarding my teeth. I came in originally to discuss one wisdom tooth that was popping through and instead the dentist said I would need all 4 out even though she was only concerned about one of them. I appreciated all the estimates it just felt like they were looking to give me a bunch of cosmetic things to fix even if it wasn’t a concern to me or them. The financial person did discuss everything with me and said she could send me the X-rays they took that day (I’m still waiting on them). Before leaving I asked for the X-rays to be sent to me but did not receive a printed quote regarding everything that needed to be done and the cost. They did give me complements regarding my teeth and were professional but I just couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling while meeting with the doctor and dentist. This office was nice and professional but I think I’ll always feel a little more comfortable and trusting with a small town office.

I Wanted to give the group at Aspen Dental in high point A five star rate because of the professional way they explained simply everything they were want to do and I very soft touch easy-going and for Miss Deana Stiltner Was awesome, sweet, very professional and can sit and talk to her for hours if she had time This will be my dentist from now on. I would very much recommend this dentist or anybody. I had no negative comments at all just loved every bit of it. Thanks to the aspen dental in High Point and especially Dana donor. Thank you.

I had a great experience at the Aspen Dental in High Point, North Carolina. The office was very clean and everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but the hygienist, Naomi, was amazing. She was incredibly kind and patient, and she made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciate her care and professionalism. I highly recommend this practice!

I absolutely love going to this facility. Jennifer has been the greatest! She is very educational. I always have questions and always got the short answers and left me wondering. She had the best attitude with patients and her co workers. I will always recommend people to come see Jennifer at Aspen Dental in High Point.

Literally one of the best office experiences I’ve had in a while! From start to finish was impeccable. A1 Customer service is rare in this day and age. Being a former medical office manager, this captain runs a smooth ship and should be very proud of the entire team; front and back end!! Thanks for being so patient with me and all of my questions! For over a year and a half I have been using Aspen Dental in High Point. I have been nothing but pleased with the work, the staff and the results. I have had a significant amount of work done and zero complaints. I had several teeth extracted and a temporary denture put in, which requires a soft realign and the lead Dental Assistant Jennifer did a spectacular job. In about a 6 month span of the recovery process, Jennifer made every effort to make sure the work was done right, and put heart into the job. I had been to several other Dental facilities prior to Aspen Dental and i have never found someone who actually listened to the patient. Jennifer actually listened and each visit would follow up on what we talked about in the previous visit. It's rare to find a business these days that genuinely care about their patients, however, at Aspen Dental in High Point they make you feel like family. A special shout out to Dr. Rao, Dr. Katie, and DA Jennifer for tremendous work and effort.

I was very nervous about going to the dentist because of past treatment, but every single one of these ladies were amazing. They made me feel heard, cared about, and really cared about the health of my teeth. I would advise everyone to book with them immediately, they were amazing. 10/10. I actually can’t wait for my next appointment.
