Roots Dental - Gresham

I'm so thankful that I ended up having my tooth pulled at Roots Dental. It was a great experience. Dr. Kaufman and the rest of the crew were so awesome, from start to finish. They were very respectful and professional. Dr. Kaufman and Rebecca went into every detail on how and what they were going to do with my tooth extraction, and it made feel so comfortable and so much at ease. My family and I truly appreciate their professionalism. I will definitely recommend friends and families to Roots Dental for their dental needs. 🤙

Incredible service, friendly staff. They will work with you. They make the experience as pleasant as possible. Above all else they are honest and straight forward. Even though I do not have dental insurance, there is payment options available. Staff is knowledgeable, and will work with patients of varying income levels.

My first experience with Roots dental was truly amazing! The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, Jacob was incredibly comforting and even with him helping multiple patients - he made me feel heard and took his time to answer any questions, without making me feel rushed. Victoria was also extremely helpful and friendly- she took her time to help me with my payment options- and find appointments that fell within my availability. I will continue to be a patient with Roots Dental, and will share my experience with anyone who will listen!

This was my first time to Roots Dental. It was a positive experience. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. I recently had a filling put in. The dentist was fantastic. It was a pleasurable experience. Quick and easy.

I admit I am a giant baby about the dentist, and I was terrified before my appointment at Roots Dental in Gresham yesterday. But I was just blown away by my experience. They are clearly very experienced in dealing with people with dental anxiety. The dental assistant, Rebeca, was so calm and patient with me, and was so generous with taking her time in explaining all my options. Before every step, her and Dr. Kaufman made sure they had my consent and that I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. They were so caring and didn't make me feel embarrassed, pressured, or ashamed at all. And with the nitrous my exam was a breeze! I've never had such a positive experience at the dentist before, and this visit definitely has changed my perception of what a trip to the dentist can be. I'll highly recommend them to all my family and friends! See you in January for that wisdom tooth 😉

The staff and Dr. Kaufman are some of the kindest people on the planet. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a dentist that is caring, gentle, non-judgmental, and just about the nicest person there is, to schedule an appointment here. I have found my forever dentist for my entire family, and that is a great feeling!! Hands down, best dentist in town. ~*~

I’ve been to many dental office and none have given me such a positive experience like this office. Everyone is so friendly and and very helpful. Front desk and assistant speak Spanish so conversations are always clear and understandable.
