Gentle Dental Gresham Village

Love this location. Always greeted when entering, lobby is spacious, waiting is never long with an appointment. I get treated, help by the same dentist which I love. Clear communication with treatment and billing, so no surprises. I'd recommend 100%.

I came from a dentist where I didn’t have a great experience. I am very satisfied with my visit at this clinic though! The staff was really nice and I appreciated them explaining everything using therapeutic communication. The doctor was also really great and told me about concerns with my teeth and gave me the least invasive recommendations first. My dental hygienist was also really great with cleaning my teeth and also explaining what preventative care + hygiene I can do to reduce and prevent any complications and risks for my teeth. Overall, I am very thankful and happy with my experience here, thank you to the entire team!

I have been a patient at this Dental office for at least 14 years. The office staff are very friendly and efficient. The dentist is great and my hygienist, Tyler is the best! Always a good experience here and I will continue without any reservation.

Best clinic with Gentle Dental. (Gresham) Caring staff and Dr Kyle is the best. I prefer him for all of my dental care needs. Other GD clinics should learn from this one on how they should run. Best practice in my opinion. Have been a patient here for over 20 years.

Very well! Hope to go back soon to put a crown. I have good insurance from my work but doesn't cover 100%. They have all the lates supplies and computer systems that show you, what your teeth look like after x-rays. Everything has costs theses even my cellphone payments and plan went up.

My cleaning went well. Then I waited 30 minutes for doctor's exam. I should have been updated, but had to ask when I would see him. I learned he was doing a root canal, and his ETA was unknown. My family has come here often, and staff have always treated us well. This was an unusual glitch. I assume the root canal was an unexpected emergency, but if it was planned, the timing was poorly planned. I left without exam, but they prorated my charge. Also, when a staff member wanted to schedule my next cleaning at 3 months instead of 6 months, she was reluctant to explain that it was because my gums weren't in the best condition. Please be compassionately honest up front, especially when a patient asks.
