Kaiser Permanente Gresham Dental Office

Lacey and Dr.Justice are amazing. I have been going to this office for some time and every appointment is amazing, personable, and patient. I used to have serious anxiety about going to the dentist but they have put that all to ease. Both of you are true gems in the dental world!

I usually don’t have issues going here… however at my recent appointment, i did. I had to get numbing injections to do some fillings which is usually fine, but this time around it was a lot more painful than it normally is. I was making quiet sounds indicating I was in pain (had three injections total) and the dentist doing it was getting irritated with how much pain I was in. He said "how can you have all those tattoos but this hurts so bad" and just overall making me feel really bad about myself. Tattoo pain and numbing injections into your gums are two completely different things. On top of me already having severe anxiety just being at a dental office. I wanted to cry, but ultimately I just kept my mouth shut because I didnt want to upset the dentist further or be made fun of again…

My appointment at the Gresham Dental Clinic was an overall excellent experience. The dentist and hygienist were both friendly and professional, while providing useful information and support. I especially appreciated their attention to detail, ensuring that I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Justice is a FABULOUS dentist. Kind, patient, considerate. Gives clear information about what is happening with my situation. Today was the first time I saw him and will keep him as my dentist. His assistant as well is friendly, kind, patient. Just a FANTASTIC appointment!!!

Dr. T Nguyen and Tabitha were both incredible with my 10 year old son. They are a great team. They made him very comfortable and continuously asked how he was doing throughout the appointment. This was his first time having any real dental work done and the Dr. made sure he was very comfortable. Jen, who was also a team member at this location was kind enough to stop by and check on us as well. Lacey and Angela both did amazing to help get my son scheduled quickly and helped rearrange a few things with his treatment plan before he was seen. Kristen checked us in effortlessly and immediately offered us items from their comfort menu, which is a list of amazing items to help make your appointment as comfortable as possible!! I was so impressed by the staff at this office and all of the incredible team work.

Dr Tran and Jen are a great team! My visit was quick and painless and they both have a great bedside manner. I doubt anyone really looks forward to going to the dentist, but with these two it is always a pleasure.

Went there tuesday april 22 2025 at 11am. After the x rays was told they're behind on schedule. So went back to the waiting room for a second time. After about 30min I went in to get a rushed teeth cleaning that was mildly better than the ones I give myself at home. Basically drove 15min out of my way to wait too long to pay 10 bucks for toothbrush and paste. Will not be a repeat customer
