AAA Dental Office

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and my experience has been great. The whole staff is very polite and friendly, they make u feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend anyone to come here.

My first dental appointment in NC and the worst dental experience ever. I don't ever want to visit there ever again. If they continue this way, they will soon close down. This is the first time, a dentist will not have a jovial conversation with me. He was all bundled up, like he was being forced to do the job. I was shocked when they told me the amount of cavities I had. Never in my life have I had such. The reception was so uninviting, stains on chair fabrics, I was able to manage one. I waited close to one hour to be called in. The receptionist was the only positive person in that place.

One staff was friendly, but the dentist wasn’t. He barely says anything to you. Not informative, not comforting or anything. Something seems very off when I am told that I need to get 7 to 11 fillings due to cavities and I take great care of my teeth. I wasn’t even shown the x-rays to see the proof. When I declined the filling for now and said I’ll come back, he just walked out without saying a word. When I said, thank you and bye upon leaving the front desk he still didn’t even turn to look at me or say anything.

I had a GREAT experience here, I had multiple things I needed done the Dr. explained to me what I needed but also gave me options and then created a plan for care. He definitely saved my teeth. Also the two female dental assistants were nice and very informative as well.

Love this place! Nice and very polite staff! Been going here for years since I had my first daughter in 2011!

All the stuff is friendly and they make sure your all numb and comfortable they don't won't u in pain so far everything has been good

Dentist office is outdated with faulty equipment. The assistant was very nice & accommodating, but the dentist was uninviting, cold & rude. As he performed my procedure, water was pouring down my throat. I kept swallowing to keep from choking and he was clearly annoyed, sternly telling me to keep still. I got multiple fillings, most of which don't allow me to floss anymore because he not only filled my cavities, he put fillings between my teeth as well. He made it clear that because my insurance is medicaid, he would be doing limited work, all the while, engaging in conversation with his assistant about the value of getting a proper education.. Don't just stroll pass this dentistry.. RUN!
