A1 Dental Services

I went to them to get teeth pulled and a denture plate put in in August of 2023. When it came time for the 6 month reline, the dentist had left the practice and the staff was less than helpful with me trying to get a reline. I never was able to get one through A-1 and because of that, I have cracked dentures. They will not work with me to fix the issue that is a direct result of their turnover rate. Their only option is for me to come wait in line at 7:30 in the morning with no appt guarantee. I would steer clear of this place, and I wish I would have.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic for a root canal. The doctor and his assistant were very hard-working, careful, and professional. They even gave me a blanket when I felt cold! ​I am especially grateful because they found a hidden infection that other clinics in USA missed. This infection was causing me sinus problems, and now that the treatment is done, I can finally breathe clearly again. ​The staff is caring, and they even shared my digital X-rays with me, which was very helpful. I highly recommend this team for their expertise and kindness. I will definitely be back!

What a crock. The dentures fit perfect but are completely unusable, there is 0 BITE LENGTH on the teeth, there basically are no teeth, nothing to bite or chew with, I've seen bigger teeth on a 4ft 8 inch woman and I'm an almost 6 ft male, this is ridiculous. Going to contact my insurance company and some lawyers, this place should be shut down. I saw another review on here where they claim the office denied them service for lack of copay at the time with medicaid, this is highly illegal and I will be contacting the NC Medicaid Ombudsman on that person's behalf and point to them the review they left. This place wont make it much longer, I am on a mission to make sure nobody else receives garbage they can't use for thousands of dollars.

If I could give negative stars I would! Horrible experience and a waste of time! I had called yesterday to ask if they would extract one of my wisdom teeth and they told me yes as long as I sent them a panoramic which my dental office emailed and I forwarded the email to them as well and when I get here at 9am they tell me the doctor does not want to remove my tooth which they could’ve just told me yesterday when I called rather than me taking a day off losing money for him to just tell me he will not extract my tooth. Horrible done come here unless you’ve got time to waste! The least they could do is be honest over the phone!

I don’t even want to give this place a 1 star rating! I came here in 2019 and the service was amazing including the staff. I come back here this year because the partial broke and agreed to get a new one. I know I don’t have the best teeth in the world, but for them to make this partial the way that they did, was absolutely disgusting! The same day, I got my mold done at 7:45 am, they told me to come back for it at 1 pm. I come back and the assistant is literally forcing the partial in my mouth and saying that it’s ok. It’s not okay if I’m uncomfortable and in pain, then you continuously force this partial in my mouth. Afterwards, she puts some kind of chemical on it and puts it in my mouth and my entire mouth and gums are on fire! She says it’s ok it’s just a chemical. By this time I’m mad and I’m in pain. So they take the old partial that was made here and try to mimic it and tell me to come back the next day at 1 pm. I come back and the teeth are discolored, one is poking out from the other, my bottom teeth are hitting the partial, in which the assistant says I should go to my general dentist and have them grind my bottom teeth down, and the wire is hanging off my tooth. I told them that I couldn’t accept this and wanted it fixed correctly or give me a refund. The dentist was totally awesome and he stated that it was a poor job done. When I go to get my refund, they gave me $185 of the $385 that I initially paid them for a lab fee, in which I didn’t agree with because it was nothing that I did wrong. The receptionist says because I wasn’t satisfied with the results and they tried twice they had to charge me for the $200. It’s absolute madness that they treat someone poorly when they can’t do their jobs properly. I am disappointed in the service and the quality of this establishment.

My Experience was wonderful , From the Politness of front desk to the Friendly Professionals in the back. They give you all options and you Never fill rushed. The new Dentist is amazing I had extractions and his numb game is on point🤭, I felt nothing. . I give them 10 stars if I could. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks A-1

I had 13 teeth pulled and got the immediate dentures same day. It's been two months since and I'm currently waiting on my next step to get my real set of teeth done. I have no complaints A1 is absolutely the best way to go
