I brought my kids and husband in for dental cleanings, and the doctor was amazing! We truly enjoy coming here. Every visit, my kids are happy and excited to see their dentist, and my husband is always comfortable and well taken care of. The staff does a wonderful job caring for our entire family and makes each visit a great experience. Everyone is friendly, caring, and professional. We’re so grateful to have finally found a dental office we can call our dental home. Highly recommend this place!

If i could give 0 stars I totally would. First off, I have never had a great experience at this place but i returned because i really liked the Doctor that performs the wisdom tooth procedure. I had been communicating with the front desk staff about whether or not my insurance covered the additional procedure because there was a slight changed. I voiced how I wouldn’t continue with the appointment if my insurance did not approve it. I called a week before and i was told by one of the rude ladies at the front that they had not gotten in contact yet(kind of annoying). Then the day before they called me to approve the appointment because apparently my insurance approved it out of nowhere. I to them i would need to reschedule because i can’t plan that fast ahead with work. They told me they would be charging me a fee. I was trying to explain how they told me super last minute but the lady kept talking over me. This was literally the last strike at this place. I usually tried to ignore them in the past because i know they are just front desk workers and they are pretty mannerless so i did not see the point in arguing. However, i was so annoyed this time. Uhhh don’t go here!🙄

Love this dentist! I’ve been going here for two years now and have never had a problem. Everyone is super friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone in the Grand Prairie area!

Got my dental implanta here. My family comes here and they are always happy and excited to see their dentist. They take awesome care of my kids and family. Very nice staff and people. Happy we found our dental home after so many years. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Chapala is really great dentist! I am always satisfied when I need to go get a extraction from him. He is great at what he does. This is my third extraction from him and never failed me. He is quick and gentle. He takes his time and does things right. Ladies that work there and the assistants are really great as well! If you are looking for a great dentist in the area Dr. Chapala is the one. Thank you again

I like this place. It is clean and organized. The customer service and staff are really nice. The dentists always do a great job. I also bring my kids here and the love it. I will recommend this place. Awesome job!!
