I am a new patient and I love it here. The staff is amazing and very kind. DJ helped wrapped up my check-out experience by explaining the quote of my services and informed me of additional payment options. After my evaluation, I came back to get a cleaning and a filling with Dr. A. This was the best dental service I've ever had.

Although I haven’t gotten any dental work completed yet, the team is wonderful. It rained on the day I received my consultation and I don’t bring in my umbrella from my car. One of the amazing receptionist (I apologize for not remembering your name) used her own umbrella to walk me to my car. She didn’t just walk me half way but all of the way and was thoroughly respectful and went above and beyond. There was another receptionist that explained every single question I had and also went above and beyond. The dentist was truly welcoming, sweet and knowledgeable. The dentists even asked about the book I was reading. Everyone at this location has incredible customer service skills and I thank you all for that. Please keep up the amazing service and continue thriving for success!

OMG Ladies and Gentleman Smile Lounge did wonders on my mouth.. I came here to SL two years ago and got cleaning done. They told me about some problems in my mouth but I put those issues aside. Those issues came back and I had to go to SL to get them fixed. When I tell you Dr Daniels and Shelby Double Dutched in my mouth and got me together.. They are a great team.. Dr Daniels Is very understanding and keeps it real with you.. Shelby is a great assistant and very nurturing.. She makes sure you are relaxed and put you top tier as a patient.. Shelby gives you GREAT advice to any issues you may have.. I love her for that!!! I recommend Smile Lounge for all your Dental Needs ❤️❤️❤️💪🏾💯👍🏽 Don’t let me forget about the Front Desk Ladies!! My initial visit to the office coincided with their fifth anniversary celebration. The decor displayed throughout the office was stunning. There was a delightful assortment of food, mocktails, a photo booth, and gift bags. In addition, the office's overall aesthetic of the office were both charming and stylish. The personnel were exceptionally attentive and courteous. When I was invited to the back, the staff provided a thorough explanation of each stage of the visit. I was never left uncertain or guessing about the subsequent steps or the actions being taken. To further enhance the experience, many of the machines utilized also provided information on their upcoming operations. This is truly the best dental office I have ever visited!

I love this place. Saira was my assistant and she was amazing. I haven’t been to a dentist of this magnitude in a long time. Dr Daniels is amazing and very professional. You’re made to feel at home and they try to accommodate you for whatever you may need. I would recommend The Smile Lounge to anyone who’s looking for a great dentist office. The music is fantastic.
