I had a great experience at Prime Dental Grand Prairie. The clinic is very clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The doctors and medical practitioners are very knowledgeable and clearly experts in their field. I had a full exam, X-rays, and a deep cleaning done, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would highly recommend Prime Dental Grand Prairie to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

The absolute BEST dental experience I’ve had. Dr. Patel is amazing and the team is so warm and welcoming. The receptionist is so helpful and clear. Dr. Patel was so patient and thorough too. I HIGHLY recommend ❤️

I’ve had multiple extractions done here, and not only is it cost friendly, but the entire team truly cares about YOU as a person, not just a patient. From the moment you walk in, Mayra at the front desk makes you feel welcomed like family. Anna, the dental assistant, is warm, attentive, and knows exactly how to calm your nerves. And Dr. Manish… honestly, he’s the most gentle, kind dentist I’ve ever met. He explains everything, checks in constantly to make sure you’re comfortable, and treats you with so much respect and compassion. Walking into a dental office usually comes with anxiety but here, I actually feel safe. They don’t just do their job, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel cared for. I’ll recommend Prime Dental over ANY other practice, every single time. If you’re looking for a place that’s affordable, compassionate, and genuinely life changing in how they treat their patients, this is it. Book your appointment. You’ll thank yourself later.

Usually a great experience. Today I understand there were computer issues. It would have been nice to know they are running 40+ min late. Not a fan of a child running around and coming in and out of the rooms. Leaving suction on next to my ear for over 10 min. No one was in the room to ask to shut it off. Then there is a chicken? Real,fake,why? Just why? Dr.Patel. Awesome. Other than that. Poor experience. Usually excellent, today, not at all Good.

Today was my first visit to this office and it was amazing. Norma and Mayra greeted me and my family and explained the treatment plan very clearly and made it easy for me to understand. Michael the hygienist was super friendly and cleaned my teeth pain-free. The assistants Deione, Ana, and Beatriz took my xrays, polished my teeth, and made me feel comfortable. Dr Patel did my check up and gave me great information on how to keep my teeth healthy. Will definitely be back with my kids! Cant wait

I took both of my daughters to Prime Dental my 9-year-old and my 1-year-old had a fantastic experience. My older daughter was nervous at first, but the staff made her feel completely comfortable and at ease. For my 1-year-old, this was her very first dental visit, and I was really impressed with how patient, caring, and informative everyone was. What stood out the most was how clean the office was and how genuinely friendly and welcoming the entire team was. They took the time to explain everything and made sure both of my girls had a positive experience. I truly appreciate the care they showed, and I would absolutely recommend Prime Dental to any parent looking for a great pediatric-friendly dentist.

I am thankful for this offices reputation. New to the area I had no idea where to go this holiday for an emergency situation where my crown broke off. I went to the first place I could for Christmas office hrs and availability. All I can say is trust your gut when something doesn’t feel right. I sought out a second doctor. Dr. Patel was very gentle with explaining my situation and continued to make sure to answer all my questions. The assistant Beatrice was very thorough with understanding my back story and what brought me in as I was a little emotional. Myra with the front office was more then happy to take care of me and my upcoming treatment needs as I will be returning for next step procedures.
