Airrosti South Grand Prairie

Airrosti treatments are so awesome. Injuries that normally take 30+ sessions of chiropractic are 3-4 sessions of myofascial release to return to full functioning. And, for cost effectivenes, I can use the exercise PT program to maintain my progress. I never use even an aspirin or Tylenol for pain and with the PT, you get near full relief. I'm so blessed that my insurance covers these treatments. Dr. Gary Randall and Erin are such an excellent team. I highly recommend them. They are professional and warm and ensure you are recovering. During treatment, Dr. Randall gets spots that I don't even realize are sore until he finds the source of the numbness/pain. He recommends a PT plan that maintains a wide range of motion. Erin is so patient with me as an older woman and is the master of taping. Her taping keeps me sore free for days! I can't say enough about the treatments, Dr. Randall and Erin. Bravo!

Dr. Randall and Erin are hands down the best team in DFW. Every visit feels like I’m in the care of people who truly know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their patients. I manage to get injured in different areas more often than I’d like, and they consistently take incredible care of me no matter what I bring through the door. Their knowledge, attention, and commitment to getting me back to 100% is unmatched. I can’t thank them enough—at this point, I honestly consider them good friends. I came to see Dr. Randal after struggling with excruciating pain in my right foot and lower leg for three years. Even after having tarsal tunnel release surgery, I was still experiencing severe pain on the bottom of my foot and in my lower leg. From my very first appointment, Dr. Randal took the time to understand my symptoms and treated me with skilled, hands-on manual physical therapy. His expertise, patience, and care made all the difference. After completing my treatment, I can honestly say I feel so much better—with no more pain!!! It’s been life-changing, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help!! Dr. Randal is extremely knowledgeable, caring and helpful!! I wish I would have known about him before I had my surgery because I probably wouldn’t have needed to have surgery.. I highly recommend Dr. Randal to anyone dealing with persistent pain or looking for a Doctor physical therapist who truly knows what they’re doing.

Excellent experience! I had a very painful and stiff shoulder, nerve felt pinched and it was getting worse daily. Went on recommendation of a friend. Dr Randall was able to diagnose what was going on and over 4 sessions, plus the at home physical therapy Erin taught me, I am completely better! It's amazing, even after the first appointment with Dr Randall, I felt much better, and much of the pain was relieved! I highly recommend Airrosti, Dr Randall and Erin!

I have gone to Airrosti in South Grand Prairie twice. The first time was for knee pain and this time for back pain. Both treatments were successful and within a few weeks, I was pain free. The atmosphere is professional and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

I came in with lower pack pain and dr Randal was great from start to finish. He walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The therapy sessions were very helpful, and he clearly explained all the exercises along with his assistant. He’s always available if you have questions or guidance. I strongly recommend him, he’s excellent at what he does!
