The dentist is so kind and cracks jokes. It does help because who really likes going to the dentist. Moreover, he is ALWAYS professional as is the receptionist along with his staff. The office smells good and looks like a spa. Ive been going to this office for a couple years now.

I enjoyed this place for about 4 years. I started missing appointments and decided I needed to return to get back into my regular cleaning. I use to be in and out of the chair for a cleaning in 8 minutes. I always was told be the dentist my teeth are very clean. Upon return and not having using my dental insurance in a sometime. While in the chair the receptionist said something in Vietnamese to the doctor after confirming how much funds available for my insurance for cleaning and he decided that now I need to get a needle and a deep clean. Which he never had to do this before to me, not even my first visit when I have not seen the dentist in years. Now all of a sudden I need a needle and a deep clean because I have enough on my insurance and it will renew for cleaning the next year. I almost got out of the chair to leave but I stayed. The people are nice and I always feel welcome when I come here but after this, the good welcomes goes out the window making me have a unneeded experience just to get the money. I am writing this review because I was tempted to return because I need a cleaning now but decided to go someplace else and write this review while reading others. BTW after the cleaning I still did not have any cavities.

I think that most reviews are written when someone is angry. My wife and I are both very happy with the care we received. Problems with my teeth that I bore for a long time without knowing that they can be resolved were addressed. The process was explained to me and the work on my teeth was done. After a long time I am pain free and enjoying my food.

Got my dentures a month ago. Very happy with the result. Always had a great experience with the doctor and receptionist.

So bad that I am leaving my first review ever on Google! This clinic is not professional at all, from the dentist to the receptionist. We regret coming here. The dentist insisted on pulling out my kid’s loose baby tooth. He just did it with floss and then charged us almost $200 for a tooth extraction! Cannot believe it. The receptionist was also rude.

First off..my first impression was that the waiting area with the pond and glass table is not child friendly...... Smile design dental..was to be my childs first dentist appointment today. Walked in and they had a drained coy pond..my baby wanted to get in to it . They had open pod stations for the dentist chairs. Took baby to the hall to run in the main building while daddy waited for her name . i came back in and told daddy this wasnt appropriate for our child. Walked down inside the building and found a kids dental. Left the building to do a insurance change..got in the car and Receptionist lady wouldnt let us leave! Blaming me for stealing her phone! Standing in front of my car I call the police and they ask if im on srugs and alchohol...and dump my bags as she holds us up. Daddy lets her call her phone and the ppl in the building and her phone is sitting there like nothing..she totally assumed that we stole becuase we left her office and didnt even check for her phone. No police showed up and they wont check cameras and all of a sudden theres a call back saying her phone is right there in the office.. Becuase we left the building with out telling you to be offended. Let me add..she had photo copied my license..my dayghters dental info..my address and all ..she had my info to contact police but decided to hunt me outta the building
