SENIOR SMILE (Namita K. Thapar-Dua, DDS)

If you are a caretaker of an elder in their home, and they need dental care, this practice, Senior Smile, was simply amazing. Their amazing team just left our house. My dad was treated with respect and care. Dr. Thapar-Dua and her team are super professional and experienced. They did everything on the spot. X-rays right there so we were able to discuss the issues and our next steps. It was a blessing and a relief for my father and me to have Senior Smile come to him to take care of his dental needs. I can not say enough thanks to Senior Smile- totally recommend them.

I can’t thank Senior Smile Mobile Dentistry enough for the care they gave my grand father at his assisted living facility. Dr. Thapar-Dua and her assistant had such a gentle approach and made my dad feel valued and comfortable throughout the whole visit. They brought all the equipment needed, took x-rays, explained everything to him in simple terms, and genuinely listened to his concerns. Although I have not personally received dental care from Senior Smile, I know Dr. Namita Thapar-Dua very well and have had the pleasure of collaborating with Senior Smile in other capacities. Excellent experience with this mobile dentist. They came to my mother’s home for a cleaning and X-rays and were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. It was so convenient and comforting for her. Highly recommend their services

I cannot express enough how Amazing Dr. Thapar-Dua and her staff at Senior Smile are!! My mother was in a rehab facility and Senior Smile was able to come within 1 day to help relieve my mom's tooth pain. They took xrays and needed to pull the tooth, which they did. My mom is pain free now thanks to Dr. Thapar-Dua. She and her assistant were so kind and gentle and very professional. I thank them for all they did. I totally recommend them for any service they provide. They make peoples lives better and for that my mom, dad and I are very thankful.

My credit card was charged for services even though I asked them to invoice me for payment. I’m not sure why there is such a mix up but this is definitely a problem especially when your clients are asking you to do one thing and your company doesn’t listen. Very frustrating. Not happy. FOLLOW UP- Dr. Namita Thapar-Dua contacted me about this matter and the issue has been resolved. Thank you for being so diligent in correcting this issue.

If you are a caretaker of an elder in their home, in this case our 91 year old bed bound mother, and they need dental care this practice was simply amazing. They treated my mom with respect and care, are super professional and experienced. They even could did xrays, we viewed them on her laptop and discussed the condition of teeth and next steps. Because of Dr.Thapar-Dua and Vanessa's care, we have such a sense of relief that my mom got the help she needed at home.
