Kids Smile Pediatric Dentistry

I recently took my 2 kids to Kids Smile for the first time and it was such a positive experience. The front desk to the back staff were so nice to myself and my children. The nurse that was with my daughter showed my daughters everything before using it on her which was very nice because my daughter was so scared, but when we left she said she was excited to go back!!! The doctor was awesome with both my kids! I also noticed that they were very clean!! I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a good pediatric dental office.

The most kind and knowledgeable staff. Dr. P is so amazing and it shows with the work she does. Going to the dentist can be scary and stressful but Dr. P and her staff are changing that negative connotation! I would recommend this practice to all

My 2 sons started going to Kids Smile a year ago, and the best decision I've made. One of my son is very scared of going to the dentist, but here at kids smile they were very patient with him and showed him everything before starting. They made him feel comfortable. Everyone from the front to the back was very friendly. I highly recommend this office.

The Dentist and staff here are absolutely wonderful. They always make my 11 year old feel welcome and at ease. We live in Frederick but drive all the way to Germantown because of how amazing the office is and how great the staff is. I highly recommend them for any children especially if your child is hesitant about going to the dentist. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Never come again! I brought my kids here for over 8 years, but they don't respect that. They canceled my kid appointment because I didn't answer their confirmation call before 12 pm. I was not able to see my phone before 12 pm, then I called them asking why my appointment had been canceled. They said we have a policy that if you didn't confirm before 12 p.m., we can cancel because we have a waiting list!!! First, if all, why didn't you call days before to give time for responding. Second, I signed a paper. If I didn't show up, you applied a $75 fee. This is not a doctor office that is a business cared about the money only. There are many other good doctors that I can choose with excellent services. Worst doctors policy that I never saw.

We’ve been happy with this practice for the ten years we’ve been using them, but I want to express additional gratitude for the way they handled some sealants that were done under sedation on my anxious 8yo last week. When it came time to weigh him to determine the dosage for the sedatives, they said, "let’s see how strong you are" before he got on the scale. Those approaches that promote body positivity and reassure nervous kids make a world of difference for families like mine.

I've been taking my kids to Kids Smile for a few years and I finally made the decision to switch them to another dentist. Only two staff people here were polite and considerate, the rest are not at all welcoming. I don't appreciate how the front desk and doctors communicate with one another, I didn't appreciate how one of the staff who was cleaning my son's teeth disregards his discomfort when he is in the chair. Overall, I hope they see these reviews and change something about this office. It's also curious why no new reviews have been made here. The only glowing reviews were written 5-7 years ago.... The most recent are not so satisfactory. Just saying....
