Very friendly.. from the receptionist, the dental assistants to the Dentist herself. Very personalable, courteous and engaging.. extremely chill atmosphere. Coming to the Dentist office doesn't have to be a scary experience ... And they made sure of that! Such a vibe.. I would recommend Olive Endodontics to family/friends and anyone seeing this post ..

I had an amazing experience at Olive endodontics! I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal which I was not looking forward to. The dentist and the assistants were all so kind and gentle. Even the numbing shots were virtually painless. I had no pain once anesthesia wore off. I genuinely don’t think it could have gone any smoother. I will definitely use them for any other oral surgery needs. Great practice and great staff!

Had a root canal done. It was pain free. I thought the doctor and her staff were very professional. The office building is a little tricky to find.

Everything was done efficiently and with great care. The staff was also friendly and professional. I would give 10 stars if I could — highly recommended!

All I can say is thank you Dr Chae. I waited twenty four hours before writing my review because I wanted to make sure nothing would happen 🙃. I heard so many scaring experiences about root canals that the day of my appt I almost cancelled, but I am glad I had it done by this FANTASTIC DR .Her and the all team are just SO PROFESSIONAL. Dr Chae was very patient but two things that I really liked about her is the guidance and the respect she had toward her assistant Salger while doing my procedure . And when I tell you I could eat thirty minutes after my procedure would you believe me ? Well yes I did !!!! If you want a painless dental procedure YOU BETTER BELIEVE DR CHAE IS THE ONE !!!

My experience with Olive was very anxiety ridden. Upon finding out my insurance, they did not respond to my many calls and emails after several days of persistence. This practice was recommended by my dentist, so I was unaware that they would not eventually respond to my emergency. These delays lead to complications that required a root canal for a viable tooth (based on a pulp vitality and CT scan). The pain from the tooth trauma and the emotional aspect of it was immensely distressing. I don't use those words lightly. Eating is painful, the temporary filling keeps falling out and getting thinner--leading to pain when I talk or eat. I am constantly biting incorrectly because there's nothing there anymore. This affected my job, my health...
