The front desk is always very rude and lacks patience. She hung up on me during our call when we started debating the schedule conflict. I tried to explain the issue calmly, but she interrupted me several times, making it hard to communicate. I feel like I’m not being heard or respected, which is really discouraging, especially since I just want to resolve this conflict peacefully. It’s not the first time I’ve had this experience with the front desk, and I’m starting to wonder if there’s a way to speak with someone else who might be more understanding or willing to help.

Dr. Zhang is a skilled and caring dentist. The entire staff is top notch. No waiting more than a minute or two for my appointment. Clean office. Convenient location. I highly recommend.

Dr. Zhang's office is amazing - from the helpful front desk people - I especially appreciate Shannon going above and beyond in helping me clarify what my insurance coverage should be - to how sparkling clean and well kept all areas are. Dr. Zhang is very thorough in her work and explains thoroughly her recommendations for any course of action. I have been very pleased with her.
