I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Framingham Premier Dental from start to finish! The whole process was seamless, beginning with the easy and friendly phone booking. The receptionist at the front desk made me feel right at home and was so helpful with getting me scheduled. When I arrived, the office was clean, welcoming, and had a calming atmosphere. Liz, the hygienist, was so kind and thorough. She explained everything she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and really took the time to address any concerns I had. I’ve never had a cleaner feeling after a cleaning! Dr. Gaitsgory was outstanding. She took the time to go over my dental health in detail and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. The entire team at Framingham Premier Dental made me feel like a priority, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and top-notch dental practice!

Marianna and her wonderful staff have always provided me with the best care. I feel very comfortable any time I am in the dentist's chair and know that I am in extremely competent hands. My dental procedure with Framingham premier Dental was amazing. I have had several visits and each one gave me an awesome experience. I was lucky to receive treatment with experts.

While I have not yet been to this office, I have to write a 5 star review of Caroline who I just spoke on the phone with. I learned more about insurance in the short time I was on the phone with her than I have in my almost 25 years of life. Caroline went our of her way to identify my presenting concern and how best to get it fixed. She thoroughly went through the basics and ins/outs of insurance so I can make the best informed decision about my teeth/health. I look forward to meeting her in person but any place that has someone as dedicated, insightful and caring as Caroline is a place I trust with something as important as my teeth. Thank you Caroline!

I highly recommend Dr. Gaitsgory and Framingham Premier Dental. I’ve seen many dentists in the past, and after almost 10 years as my dentist Dr. Gaitsgory is by far the best. I have been under her care through crowns, extractions, bridges, gum grafts, fillings and implants and her analytical approach to each situation is thorough and caring toward my long term oral health. She explains well the pros and cons of treatment options to allow my well informed decisions. With her knowledge and network of equally excellent dental specialists I am confident I always receive the best comprehensive oral care possible.
