Extremely welcoming, they listen to your concerns and give many options. The office is extremely clean, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist you are treated with the most respect and most important. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist, look no further

Initially the receptionist did not pass the information to the doctors, but when JNL Family dental doctors came to know they took care of it immediately. Appreciate their help. I have been taking my 81 year old mom to JNL family Dental for the last 8 years. They have been taking good care and would definitely recommend

I highly recommend this dental practice.. They are super professional and Do great work. I’ve had a phobia of going to dentist for years . I’ve always was very comfortable and relaxed going to here .there super professional and very clean. They did a great job making my partial . I give them A plus for sure . I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Thanks for giving me back my smile .

I see them often since I have a lot going on in my mouth. The office is run very professionally and they are always able to fit me in with an emergency situation. The dentists are great as is the staff. They have all the latest equipment and I always feel well taken care of and most importantly I can smile again!

After I done the cleaning work today 2/19/26.The cashier asked me to pay the six months ago balance bill for the last year dental which I told her that I paid everything in last November 2025. She still insisted me not paid yet. I went home to find out she didn’t put the doctor promise discount on the last bill. Also my wife had this bad experience before. Therefore I suggest the billing department should clearly checked these before bothering customers.

I've been going to this dental practice for 8 years now and am never disappointed with the service they give me. I had my 3rd cleaning with Paul and he was able to clean my teeth while concentrating on this one tooth that was bothering me. It seems that a piece of food got caught a little beneath my gums and Paul got rid of it doing this intense cleaning and now it doesn't hurt anymore. Am about to go on vacation and he saved me from getting all this work done until I got back along with this at home care to protect your gums just by rubbing toothpaste along your gums overnight. The ladies up front are very friendly, professional and efficient in what they do. I have NEVER had a problem there and I am usually very uncomfortable going to the dentist but that is starting to change. Highly recommend if you're a scary cat like myself. UPDATE 1212/25. Another great visit at JNL. This morning I had a temporary crown pop out due to my poor judgement of eating a vitamin gummy. I immediately went to JNL without even calling as I was panicking and about to meet friends. When I arrived I only had to wait 10 mins if that and then was called in by this wonderful technician named KARITA. She was incredible, thorough, gentle and very knowledgeable on what she was doing. She had me out of there within 5 mins or so with a job well done. Been going to JNL since 2018 and have NEVER been discouraged with the service. Not to mention the staff that works up front, checking you in and making appointments. And a big shout out to DIANE that handles any kind of insurance concerns that comes up. She ALWAYS gets the job done. Highly recommend JNL for any dental needs plus the fact that they have added on more rooms with alot of state of the art equipment for a quicker and thorough visit.

Dr. Jung at JNL DENTAL has the utmost empathy & truly a professional at changing the way you feel about your smile. I'm so honored it brought tears to my eyes when I saw my new smile and his office staff has been so supportive & made me feel so very comfortable and welcomed. Please know you will NOT find a better DENTAL SERVICE other than JLN in the city. I'm so grateful to Dr. Jung & the ladies who run their staff. Super beautiful new office, but more importantly the best care in the city.
