In my 49 years of being around the world, i had probably the best if not second best cleaning experience of my life. Alisson withe one L was outstanding. I felt like she took her time and made an intentional effort to make my appointment beneficial and a great experience. Not only is this kudos to her but to the staff that Dr Hale has working there. It took me several years and miles to find a Dentist and staff after I retired from the military that I felt comfortable with and didn’t dread going to. Dr. Hale is very personable and takes time his time to explain things to you. The office staff are very friendly and spot on. This office treats a lot of Veterans They also specialize in Sleep Apnea mouth appliances. Get your Primary Care to refer you and ditch the Darth Vader Sleep mask that doesn’t help and go to a 100% customized mouth peace and free yourself with better sleep!

My years long experience at Dr Hale's has been exceptional. Dr Hale understands his patients needs as he has gone through serious dental issues of his own since childhood. I am a male in my 70s and have complete trust and confidence in Dr Hale and his staff.

One of the best experiences at the dentist I have ever experienced. Took all the time needed to examine and speak concerning all my questions and concerns. Did not feel like I was being rushed, which is refreshing. Recomend!

Personable and friendly. We no longer have dental insurance. They offer a great program for a yearly fee. Dentist had retired after many many years. We are very happy with our choice with Dr. Hale.

I have overall had a very positive experience here over the past two years. Dr. Hale and the dental hygienist staff are excellent—both skilled and compassionate, especially in helping me manage my dental anxiety. I truly appreciate the quality of care I have received from them. However, I have encountered ongoing challenges with the front office this past year. At nearly every appointment, the costs I was charged did not align with the amounts I had been quoted or the benefit letters provided by my insurance. When I raised these concerns, the responses often felt dismissive and lacked acknowledgment of my frustration. For example, at my most recent visit, I arrived expecting a routine cleaning only to be told the cost would be $131—something I had not been informed of in advance through reminders or clear communication. Now, rather than being able to plan for this visit cost, I am having to skip the appointment and wait another 6 months for my cleaning. I understand that billing and insurance can be complex, but I believe the front office staff could greatly improve by practicing clearer communication, showing empathy, and taking ownership when patients express concerns. Dental visits are already stressful for many people, and unexpected costs only add to that anxiety. The lack of compassion and immediate defensiveness only creates more frustration. While I remain very pleased with Dr. Hale and the hygienists’ excellent care, my interactions with the front office over the past six months have been difficult and disheartening. I hope to see improvements in communication and patient support moving forward, as the treatment itself is otherwise outstanding.

It was a friendly atmosphere and both Dr Hale ( I thought I’d never say that about a dentist ha!ha) but seriously he a pleasant demeanor including his hygienist. Thanks for serving Veterans
