Dr. Godi was friendly, patient and gentle with my 10 year old son! Grace and the other Dental hygienist were compassionate, caring, patient, kind and very attentive to my son! From the moment I walked in to this office every single worker has been outstanding. Just moving to fort Wayne has been such a challenge with changing insurance. But everyone was so helpful. The doctor s we're outstanding and very understanding about my wants and my needs. They were helpful in determining what kind of resources and insurance I needed to complete what I would want it done. And they were helpful and communicating and providing resources. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had in my life at any doctor across the board. I wish every office was as cohesive and kind and patient as they were

I had a wonderful experience at Prime Dental. I was looking for a dentistry located closer to home. They are conveniently located on Coliseum Blvd near Lima Rd and were able to schedule me within 2 days. This office is a private practice but still accepts the same forms of insurance as the corporate dentistries. The front office lady was very kind and helpful, allowing me to ask all of my questions. A new-patient form link was texted right after our call, which allowed me to fill out everything on my phone within 3 minutes. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and explanation of next steps. My dental hygienist was 25 years experienced, friendly and knowledgeable, provided helpful feedback on all of my questions, and provided a thorough explanation of what to expect. Amber was great about uncovering my current concerns and needs to better help my oral health. Even though I was embarrassed about neglecting my teeth for 5 years, she was encouraging and provided solutions. I am very grateful for Amber’s approach, as I have often felt lectured and guilt-ridden in the past from other dentist offices. Dr. Vijay Godi and Amber provided great recommendations to accommodate my needs, namely, a fitted mouth-guard to prevent teeth grinding, and a whitening kit for a better look. When it came time for the teeth cleaning, I was extremely impressed with the process. Dr. Godi came in and performed their notable Cavitron cleaning himself. Instead of scraping off my plaque, this machine uses high-frequency sound waves and water to remove the plaque. The removal process and polishing was smooth, comfortable, and actually had a refreshing feel. Upon checkout, I was once again treated with kindness and professionalism from Evelina. The entire experience was amazing, and I couldn’t be happier leaving them a 5-Star review!

First there's the basics: They were professional, timely and efficient. Always explained any and all options thoroughly and gave recommendations with my wife and I's concerns in mind. Incredibly patient and accommodating. Dr. Godi was calm and thorough in explaining procedures or treatments necessary, even entertained my "less than informed" ideas or suggestions, but would calmly explain best recommendations and his reasoning. Even willing to repeat himself multiple times when I struggled to understand amidst a stressful personal decision regarding my teeth. The extraordinary above and beyond: the entire staff of technicians and assistants. Holy crap they are the most compassionate people I've ever dealt with in dental or medical. Always helped us weigh ALL of our options with our best interest and concerns in mind, giving both professional and even personal advice (by that I mean, they would give both their professional recommendations X based on evidence and best practices and also give a disclaimer that although they wouldn't professionally recommend Y they would give their own personal opinion based on experience in Y scenario.) A very HUMAN aspect that so many places lack. They even went so far by once offering to keep their office open a touch later during a holiday week when they were scheduled an earlier closing, just to help ensure we got the professional care we needed knowing it would be a hassle to schedule there or anywhere else during that same week and what we needed was semi urgent. Just the fact they're willing to sacrifice their own time off to help my wife and I was unbelievably kind. My only upset would be that they can't do surgical things such as implants there onsite, which I can't blame them for or remove a star for, because boy I would trust them if they did... however they have a plethora of fantastic referrals they can give you when more intensive care outside their scope is required. They truly want you to get the best care you can even if they themselves aren't equipped to provide it. A place that ISNT "in it for the money"...we absolutely will continue our routine care with them and any and all services that we need that they provide, this is where we will go. I had a great experience even though I was getting a tooth pulled. I have been scared of going to the dentist for a long time due to a really bad experience getting the numbing shots. Prime Dental was really great. Everything went great and was probably the best dental visit I have ever had where I needed a tooth pulled. Everyone was really nice and I would totally recommend them. Thank you Prime Dental for renewing my trust in going to the dentist again and Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

I, wouldn’t let anyone mess with my teeth. But this doctor did an amazing job, and definitely trust him. I would tell everyone to go to him. Kinda, respectful and most definitely cares about his patients.
