Maple Dental

I had a wonderful experience at Maple Dental yesterday. Booking online was seamless, and I especially appreciated the digital intake forms; as someone with a hand disability, filling out paper forms with a pen is very difficult for me. The office was spotless, and they saw me exactly on time. Dr. Kaur performed the prophylaxis herself, and her thoroughness in examining every tooth was impressive. My X-rays are typically a challenge due to my disability, but the assistant was incredibly patient, gentle, and creative in getting them done comfortably. I also love that they are inclusive—they treated my brother, who has autism, with such respect during his visit. It is also rare to find such a professional office that accepts many insurances, including Medicaid. I highly recommend them!"

Brought my 7 year old for her first official dentist appointment and we were greeted right away at the Georgetown location. The front staff team did have some trouble locating my dental plan (but that is NOT on the team, that is on the insurance card not being very clear) and I appreciated the time they took to ensure we could be taken care of prior to going back. They were very open with communication on what was going on. The assistance was great with my daughter, explaining everything she was doing and checking in multiple times with my daughter to make sure she was comfortable. They even put on a show she enjoyed while we waited for the dentist. Overall great experience, and will most certainly go back for future appointments.

I visited Maple Dental for a routine appointment and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, and I had a short wait time in the comfortable waiting room. The modern office features made the X-ray and cleaning process pleasant. The doctor thoroughly reviewed my X-rays and determined that no further treatment was necessary at this time. I was scheduled for another appointment in six months, and I look forward to returning.

I had an amazing experience at Maple dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was clean, modern, and very bright. The assistant Jessica, made me feel at ease throughout my entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I was really impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. I can confidently say this is the best dental office I've been to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

By far the best dentist I have gone to! Very clean inside and beyond excellent care. They are very nice and greet you right when you walk in.
