i broke a tooth over the holidays and called to schedule an appt to have it evaluated. i have never been to this practice before. the office quickly scheduled me an appt. for a few days later. when i came in for my appt., i was warmly greeted by the front desk. they were very kind and helpful. the doctor was great, super chill, great personality, and gave a pain free injection! he was able to repair my tooth the same day, the doctor and the assistant did great work. i was so happy. the office was clean and organized. i felt really comfortable and highly recommend this dental office to everyone. i will be coming back for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning to establish myself. thank smile design, you do a great job!!

I usually like getting my teeth cleaned and stuff but when I was doing the x-rays it was painful. The led vest wasn’t around my neck, so during the first x-ray, it fell off during the x ray. On the second set of x-rays I ended up putting it on myself to make sure it was on, right. It was the most u comfortable dental exam/ X Ray I’ve ever had. Staff were nice. Scheduling was easy. It was just really uncomfortable. And I’ve never had one that uncomfortable.

The hygenist was very nice & thorough. I have used Smile Design for probably 10 years, mostly in Cape, until last year. It seems like the hygienist changes every time I’m there. They seem to change dentists quite a bit too. The experience seemed a tad rougher & a tad more uncomfortable than I remember in the past.

I had a lot of billing issues with this location. It got to a point as well where I was seeing a new dentist each time that would tell me something different. The last time I went I didn’t appreciate having Botox pushed on me for my "very large" facial muscles. It felt out of the realm of what I see a dentist for and I didn’t love being a spectacle for the dentist to show the hygienist how much larger my muscles were making my face look. If I wanted a beauty consultation I would have booked one.

This place WAS actually a ok place to get dentist work done. It took me a while but I finally made it back to the dentist after years of putting it off due to dental anxieties. Dr Chung and her team were wonderful to me took all my anxiety away. I went there for a deep cleaning both sides and a filling all of went well with no problems at all. A month ago she told me I needed a crown so I made an appointment and I show up and I do not recognize a single face. I check in for my appointment 10 min early and I kindly remind them that I require gas and she said yes no problem I sat down and waited for over an HOUR no explanation no updates nothing. There were 4 other patients waiting who have all been scheduled at the same time. The receptionist then tells us all our rooms are being cleaned and we will be going back soon. About 10 min after that someone finally comes and takes me to the back. I reminded them of the gas she smiles tells me to sit in chair in exam room. I then wait and wait again. Finally the dentist comes in and it’s a completely different dentist never did I see or meet him previously . He comes in introduces himself and has to check and read the paperwork for what I was there for. Immediately I was concerned and confused. He then tells me he can do the crown but can’t do the gas. I was upset because I had made my appointment a month earlier and had made arrangements for gas. So, I didn’t want procedure done without it. So basically I waited for 90 min and took the day off work for absolutely nothing !!!!! I ask why all of sudden you tell me you can’t when I made all these arrangement a month ago? He said the dentist I had before left. I did not receive any phone call notifying me of this either. This place is extremely unprofessional and unorganized and they have no communication. Too bad 🙁 I thought I found a really good place.

Today was my first visit here, and I cannot say enough about the service! Highly recommended!!! I am going back next week for some work, and i will update y'all then! So far couldn't be more happier with the time, patience and understanding that I was given. thanks so much to you all!
