Great doctor. Explains everything in detail., step by step. I also need to compliment staff especially Sue. She is helpful, caring and a joy to be around. Makes the whole day brighter. I appreciate her help so much. Gives clear instructions and answers all questions . Always has a smile

Easy check in, X-rays quick and convenient, staff treated me with the utmost respect and their professionalism when speaking to me. Dr Rocks staff was extremely courteous, polite and Professional to my needs. Doctor Rocks made me feel very at ease and relaxed, with his comfort for my needs. He thoroughly explained what my problem was and the remedies to help relieve the pain. I look forward to my follow up with Dr Rock and his staff Jerry Gutherie

Follow up visit with Dr. Eichten and staff Jake was excellent preparing me for the visit. Dr. Eichten very thorough explains the complete knee replacement process. Answered my questions and made me feel mor at ease. Emily who processed my pre surgery paperwork.was also great explaining what I needed to do she scheduled my appointments and also provided encouragement since this is my first surgery experience. Can't say enough how wonderful.the physician and staff are at this facility.

I was a few minutes late due to the traffic, but I checked in and it was nice to have short wait times. I got to see Dr Rock very quickly and he asked me a lot of questions about the surgery. I think the whole staff A-Z is just fantastic. I have no more pain. I would recommend the Dr. to anyone I know.

Katelin, the OT hand specialist is great. Very personable, but super knowledgeable. Spends adequate time with you in your rehab. Very encouraging. Would highly recommend her.

Dr. Eichten and the entire Joint Implant's staff experience was much more positive than I could have expected! I left feeling confident my entire body care was finally in the Best hands of professionals under one roof. Dr. Eichten was completely able to help me and recommend two other Joint Implant doctors to see for my other pain issues. He and his Assistant were very thorough and considerate to my all needs. Hailey, the Sumery Scheduler, continued the same positive office visit. She showed me the same high level of concern for my needs, as Dr.Eichten and his wonderful Assistant had just given me. I had almost no waiting time for the entire process. I never felt rushed. Everyone was courteous and pleasant, including the imaging staff. I've had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Melendez and Dr. Humburg for almost 3 years, along with many of the physician assistants, radiologist, X-ray technicians, nurses, and office workers. I rate them 5 out of 5. AND The office, bathrooms and water fountains are always spotless. I've had many overlapping issues they patiently unravelled to give me care and treatments I needed to alleviate my pain and diagnois symptoms.
