Lisa was great and very pleasant! She cleaned my teeth quickly and efficiently. Dr. Montero did an awesome job with my tooth extraction! He talked me through the whole process step by step and made me feel very comfortable. Shanti was his dental assistant and helped keep my anxiety level down. She was very welcoming. The front desk staff are all very nice! I live 2 hours away and still plan to continue to drive for such great care!

I had a molar extraction. They made sure not only that I had enough lidocaine but time for it to take effect too! I've had many tooth extractions and their future dental plan for me sounded very typical for my other needed tooth extractions.I was grateful to be offered a credit plan that helped me see my needs through. I was able to come in on a Saturday!

This is my second year with Aspen Dental, and every visit has been a great experience—from the welcoming front desk team to the completion of my procedures. The entire staff is wonderful. Ms. Lisa did an excellent job with my cleaning—10/10!

This location works hard to push unnecessary and sometimes damaging care onto patients. It is a high pressure environment similar to a used car lot. They wanted immediate approval for thousands of dollars in periodontal care and then try to shame the patient when we won't accept. I had two second opinions, one in Nevada and one in Taiwan, and those dentistss refused to even consider the treatment stating the use of antibiotics unnecessarily would build immunity which later would make treatment difficult when really needed. Aspen also never provided my records and xrays which I was assured they would send multiple times so I had to have them done again.

Do NOT come here alone, if you come here at all. There's far better practices in the Fort Myers area alone. I echo the many in these reviews when it comes to financing troubles. Let me compliment the X-Ray and hygiene techs, though; they were wonderful and professional. Everything else was less than exemplary. For starters, I was not told until after my X-Rays that my insurance was *Not* taken. From the making of the appointment online, to handing my card physically over, I was not told that my insurance was unacceptable. Secondly, after my gums were checked on, I was ushered into an office to discuss financing. Instead of just that, I was told I needed to *immediately* make an appointment the following Tuesday to remove an impacted tooth, a procedure that was over $5,000. I couldn't afford that, not to mention that wasn't the reason I was there. Once I declined this outrageously priced procedure, my deep cleaning still came out to $1.6k! Thankfully, I could at least afford that. Unfortunately, I was not given the option to make payments directly to Aspen Dental. Rather, I was cornered into choosing a credit card plan. I was alone. Single young woman, mid-20s, who hasn't had their teeth cleaned in over 6 years, and most certainly has undiagnosed ADHD. I was frazzled and overwhelmed, and hated every second of being sold a credit card I didn't want. I don't appreciate predatory behavior, and advise patients to seek elsewhere for their dental needs.

Came here in 2023 for mild dental soreness in the right part of my tooth. I left with this dentist trying to hit me with a $4300 bill for a root canal and a crown + cleaning. I went to another dentist and all they did was clean me up and say it would subside (which it did). These people are scammers and they have no idea what they’re doing, DO NOT COME HERE

Was visiting from out of town and had what appeared to be either a cracked tooth or a filling that needs replacing. They saw me the same day and was able to quote me a price and get me in to repair a filling for a very sensitive tooth. I’ve seen them now twice and they’ve been nothing but great. Highly recommend.
