Everything was perfect, I was pleasantly surprised that I was checked in without me even saying anything to the person at the front desk, and the waiting area was nice and quiet so I was able to scroll through my phone messages and tend to things while I was waiting for my name to be called, and I was taken to the room I would be at for my visit by a very pleasant individual, the dentist was absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable and cheerful, the person going over the payment information with me was also very kind and considerate, the hygienist did a terrific job, and I’m happy to say that the person at the front desk really made a good impression since she was the last person I saw when I was there, because she was very kind and very helpful in setting up my payment plan. I really couldn’t think of a better visit than that, although every other visit I’ve had up until then has been wonderful of course 🙂
Today I had a deep cleaning and laser treatment. Great Care was given with detailed information. Cost was well explained. I’ve had an implant, crown and fillings in the past, all with excellent results and was delivered in a timely fashion. I have been a patient for several years and highly recommend this office starting with Dr Sigillo, dental hygienist Diana, Rudy & Jeffithne.
I was seen by Dr. Sigillo and had an incredible experience! The entire staff made me feel at home throughout my visit. The level of care and compassion at this dental office is truly on another level. From the front to the back, it was a 10/10 experience. Rudy and Ginna were extremely helpful and attentive, and Yajaira took my X-rays while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!
This is by far the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had! Everyone is very nice and not only that they are very knowledgeable about their craft! Diana was phenomenal with cleaning my teeth and giving me very vital information about my teeth and overall gum health!
Do not waste your time or money going to this office!!! I normally go for cleanings, which I have zero complaints about but as time went by I ended up fracturing a tooth. The dentist insisted on shaving it down. Having done so, my tooth was shaved down to the point I then needed a root canal, crown and one wisdom tooth removed (apparently due to the location of the tooth). I had multiple visits for scans of my teeth and my temporary crown that kept falling out.. the office staff was constantly blaming the lab for the multiple office visits. Although my tooth was fractured, I had zero pain before all the procedures following. I’ve had nothing but problems and pain after. The day of my surgery of the wisdom tooth removal (where the office postponed me hours later day of my surgery then expected time) the surgeon stated after "I in fact did NOT need it removed and don’t know why the dentist said I did but since I’m there to just remove it to avoid future problems". So I did. Two weeks later after my wisdom tooth removal something felt extremely painful and wrong to the point I could not eat, shut or open my mouth normally and was in extreme, constant pain. I scheduled a follow up where the surgeon just prescribed me steroids and told me to "wait it out". Weeks after that, I was still in pain and not able to eat anything other than mushy food. At this point a month later, I decided to go and get a second opinion at another office with a different surgeon. After spending 100’s of dollars because I had no more insurance left .. the second surgeon found that the initial surgeon ended up missing and leaving bone fragments at the surgical site which became infected, Infected so much to the point I had a noticeable golf ball size bump on the side of my face.. The second opinion surgeon informed me I would need a second surgery to remove the bone they missed and to go back to the office immediately. So, anxiously I had a second surgery. Everything ended up going well and the infection was finally properly taken care of…After healing I had then asked the office for a set of retainers to keep my teeth taken care of..which I paid for upfront. I once again had to visit the office multiple times for them to retake impressions of my teeth. The office constantly blamed the lab again for the constant visits and it not being done right the first time... on day of to pick up my retainers the dental assistant told me she had given them to me. Where I then stated She did not give me the retainer and She only gave me one of the four sets I payed for, and then tried to blame me for losing them.. when I never received them in the first place. I have been nothing but patient with this office but after everything I became frustrated and asked for a refund or discount to help with my situations. In the end they denied me any refunds, discounts, etc. after all the pain, time, money and unsatisfactory services they provided. Needless to say I will NEVER use this office again!
I started seeing Dr Digillo several years ago. Yajaira has been with her ever since I started to come to this office. Near my home at first. But after all this years, I would travel anywhere just to have my mouth work done by Dr Sigillo and Yajaira by her side. They read each other. Professional, courteous, always knows how to help the patients in all sincerity of the word. They have an excellent payment plan. Once you go to this dental office you will not go any place else. She has hands of an Angel and so does her assistant . Thank Dr Sigillo and Yajaira . 🙏💐🫶
The dentist there after doing a consultation recommended that I have all my natural teeth pulled and replace with veneers said it was better since I had stage4 gum disease. Got a second opinion and was able to find two dentists that can provide me with treatment over time to save my teeth and my gums! And the dental assistant way of bringing sympathetic was to hand me tissue when I didn’t even shed a tear.
