Towncare Dental of Fort Lauderdale

I'm very happy that I chose Towncare for my dentist. Everyone is very friendly. The hygienist took my X-rays rapidly not like some other places where it takes forever. Also, I was pleased to see my dental structure on the TV screen and Dr. Zacco explained to me in detail why I needed pre-periodental cleaning to prevent bone loss. I was handed a price list for the crown and cleaning which was reasonable. I recommend Towncare Dental.

DrMalik was very nice which is why I gave a 2 instead of 1. We had issues with the office staff and informed our Dentist that we were going to use another periodontist. She informed Dr Malik and he personally called us to apologize and gave us his personal cell number in case we had any issues. We went to the appointment and the front desk was less than customer friendly. They asked us to fill out some paperwork which we had already filled on line. The manager came out and told them we can fill it out and bring it back. When we spoke to Dr Malik he stated the consultation was free. After he did the exam he sent in the insurance person. I asked her about the dental plans pamphlets that they had in the lobby and she stated they were insurance plans and one of them they don’t accept. I showed her thar the pamphlet stated in Bold letter this is not an insurance plan. She stated"are uiu going to keto me talk" very rude. She went over our cost which she stated they were only going to charge for one implant but there was a charge for two. As we were leaving she asked about the $159 consultation fee which I informed her Dr Malik said it was free. I don’t know why Dr Malik changed offices but we will not be going here. The staff need customer service classes since they are lacking this skill.

I had gum graft surgery with Dr. Malik yesterday, and I cannot recommend him enough. From our initial appointment, he guided me step by step through the process, making sure I knew exactly what to expect before, during, and after surgery. His calm and professional approach made me feel completely at ease, and I trusted him entirely. The procedure itself was incredibly smooth, and my recovery has been going so well thanks to his clear guidance. He even checked in with me after surgery to ensure everything was on track, which shows how much he truly cares about his patients. Dr. Malik is knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate, qualities that make all the difference when facing something as delicate as oral surgery. I am so grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of periodontal treatment.

I highly recommend Towncare Dental in Fort Lauderdale (Commercial Blvd.). My wife is a patient of Dr. Malik and she speaks wonders of him. My daughter and I started going to Towncare Dental following wife’s advice. Dr. Zako is an experienced and superb dentist with a constant commitment to provide the best service to her patients. Saddi, the hygienist, is very thorough and careful with his work. The administrative team is very helpful and approachable. Kimberly the Treatment Coordinator is always ready to go the extra mile for the patients. Courtney and Charlea at the front desk have excellent customer service skills. Ileana the Office Manager is always there to support the team in providing the best service to their patients.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Zakko, and it was wonderful. She’s warm, professional, and really cares about her patients. She made me feel at ease right away and gave me great care. The whole team was friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great dentist!

The office manager, Kimberly, was soooo helpful in explaining my benefits (and why a crown was not covered- bummer). But she went the extra mile to call Humana and also recommended how I could change my plan for better coverage. Of course my dentist, Dr. Pyser, is great - I have been going to him for over 22 years!

The office staff I’ve dealt with during the past few weeks are calm, polite, friendly as well as professional. What an excellent combination of skills! Thank you Kimberly and Camille for your direction and assistance during my visits with Dr Malik and with Dr Oppenheimer.
