Aspen Dental - Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Harbor)

Quoted $130 for a cleaning on the phone — charged $500 in person. (I found out just because I asked) I was told the X-rays were free when I booked, but at the office they were $30. No one mentioned the price changes at check-in; once again…. I only found out because I asked. This feels misleading and not transparent at all.

I made an appt for my first time at this dentist. I wanted a bi-annual cleaning, but after doing my x-rays they said I had to come back because they were closing. I would think you would either book that person for 2 hours, or let the client know so they don’t have to waste time coming in 2xs. It felt very money motivated, just basing it off my previous experiences at other dentist offices. I will not be back, I’m sorry.

I’ve chosen Aspen Dental for about a year now and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been to two locations so far and both have consistently upheld the same high standards of care and professionalism. Appointments are easy to make, there’s never a long wait, price is great especially when you’re a member and the entire experience is always seamless. The entire team is wonderful, but Katy, the hygienist, truly stood out—so patient and welcoming.

It was the best experience I’ve ever had. Angela took great care of me, and I was extremely pleased and happy with my cleaning. In fact, I think this is the first time I’ve ever had such a truly thorough and comfortable cleaning. Thank you so much, Angela! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment with you.

I am very satisfied with Aspen Dental and the work they did for me. My situation may be unique, perhaps even extraordinary, having to do and redo work with multiple dental offices before finally getting to this Aspen Dental office. Finally, I think my years long odyssey is over. Elly, amazingly hospitable and knowledgeable as the Office Manager, got things going in the right direction. Dr. Diaz oversaw the situation, while Tracy, Paola and Nael were instrumental dental assistants in making things work. JZ was the hands-on technician who made the finished product, and knows his stuff. My denture situation has been a real emotional drag. No longer. The cost estimate from Aspen was reasonable, even low compared to previous work. I highly recommend this office and am grateful to all in the office who helped get this done. If it seems like I’m ecstatic with them, it’s because I am.

My father visited your office today, I write on his behalf because he is older and only speaks Spanish and is not up to date with Online services. He said that the team in this office made him feel @ home, especially Paola Castillo the dental assistant and Dr. Vanessa Diaz, from the moment he walked in he said they treated him the outmost professionalism and he felt at home! Thank you Aspen Dental for this, your employed team has excellent teamwork. When you have an older parent there is nothing better then knowing they feel well taken care of!

My experience in this office was phenomenal the customer service from Elly was amazing. From the time I walked in she made me feel very welcomed and honored to be an aspen patient. Everything was exceptional and I had a busy day ahead of me and was in and out I would highly recommend the Ft. Lauderdale location definitely worth the drive.
