Sunrise Dental Everett

Went here for the first time, recommended by a friend of mine. Met Dr. Luu, who's been there few years so I'm assuming he's a little new compare to the other Doctor. Years ago by a different dentist, I had a tooth repair done where I had a chipped tooth and got it repaired. Few months ago the same tooth got chipped again and needed repaired again and came here. For the location, it's a pretty old building but the receptionists were very nice. Once I got seated waiting for the Dr. the assistant nurse name Eva (I think) was easy to talk to. Once Dr. Luu came in, took a look and repaired it without a problem. Very friendly people, easy to talk to, communication was great and left without a complaint. I would recommend this place! Will be back for check up soon.

Whoever I spoke to at the front desk was very rude and condescending, and claimed they were in charge. I called to reschedule well before the required 48-hour window—several times—and let it ring at least six times with no answer or voicemail. Then, when I finally spoke to someone on Monday, I was told I owed $85 for not calling 48 hours in advance. Oh, and apparently they stop answering phones at 3:30 p.m. on Friday—where is that posted? Funny how the girl decided to act that way over $85 you’ll never see, instead of the $1,000-plus you would’ve gotten for the dental work. Though I felt good about the actual dental staff and the girls at the front desk seemed nice in person, just know that this is how they treat you if given the opportunity. This ruined the whole experience for me. Update: Just to be clear the exact words said to me were "You can make an appointment when you wanna pay the $85." 100% not my fault

I've been going to this dentist on and off for seven years now. In the beginning it was great and I don't know if that was because of my insurance or not. But over the past few years it's been somewhat taxing. It seems like there is always something wrong with my teeth, which is strange because it was never like that before. For the most part the staff is pleasant and they do a decent job.

Love this place! When I got off of state insurance I wanted to find a dentist that I can get to know and who will be consistent and really care about me as a patient. Dr. Chin and the staff at sunrise dental are exactly that! They are caring and highly skilled and I'm very happy with all the treatment I have received. Dr. Chin is an excellent dentist with a wonderful staff and I couldn't be happier.

Everyone was very pleasant, from the front desk, to the dental assistants and Dr. Chin. This was the best experience I’ve had with a dental office. I had two crowns and multiple fillings done here and the procedures all went well and have held up nicely over time.

My family has been going to Sunrise Dental in Everett for over 10 years. Dr. Chin is absolutely amazing. He has been my children’s dentist since their first dental visit at the age of one. Dr. Chin takes the time to get to know you, your family, and shows genuine care and compassion for his patients! Dr. Luu has seen three of us, and he is wonderful to take the kids to as well. The office is clean, professional, and easily located when driving from another surrounding city. The best part of this dentist office aside from the amazing staff is, they don’t require you to wait in the waiting room while your kids are being seen. The rooms are all equipped with seating for parents. If you have been searching for a family dentist, schedule with Dr.Chin! You won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you Sunrise Dental of Everett!!! ♥️

Front office staff is amazing. Dr. Cin is one of a kind. He goes above and beyond for his patient. I have recommended him to several people with fears of dentist and the thanked me afterwards. Thank you Dr. Chin DDS & staff. Amazing job.
