The quality of care is outstanding — they take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you're at ease during every visit. I have the absolute worse anxiety at the dentist. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed but Dr Conley and his assistant made the experience better than anticipated. They were so kind and made me feel at ease.

Quick to get in and repair after one of my old crowns came off. The office staff is always friendly and professional. The dental assistant was stellar and informative in all aspects of the procedure preparation. All was smooth, and the doctor was caring and efficient. I'm totally thrilled with the visit!

When I came to North Creek dental I had serious phobia of dentist would have panic attacks prior to appointments after meeting with North Creek dental team and Dr. Don Koontz. I have never been in such better hands. I strongly recommend their clinic to anyone !! my whole family sees them and I couldn’t be more proud of the work that they have done. This clinic is the absolute best, from the front desk who are always so kind and cheerful the second you walk in to the medical staff that bring you back. The hygienist was great, explained everything she was doing every step of the way. Dr Koontz is the absolute best- remembers small details about all his patients and take the time to make sure your pleased with his work. Love this place! It was my first time seeing the dentist that did my extraction and bone graft yesterday but he was amazing. Explaining everything so well and made sure I was okay throughout the process. The dental assistant that helped him was amazing as well, she made sure I understood all the after care instructions before leaving. This place is the absolute best. If you’re someone who’s always nervous about going to the dentist, come to this place and they will always put you at ease!
