Gentle Dental Everett

Dr. Kellogg is both highly professional and wonderfully personable. She has cared for me and my family for the past two years, and we always feel well taken care of. She takes the time to listen to our concerns and does her best to address any issues we have with our dental work. She is gentle, attentive, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended!

My husband came in to have a tooth pulled, and the procedure itself went very well. The provider was excellent — professional, kind, and efficient. We truly appreciate the care he received. However, there were a couple of serious concerns that left a bad impression. During the procedure, the assistant was openly discussing her personal love life, including details that were not appropriate for patient conversation. I would strongly suggest keeping patient interactions focused on care rather than personal drama. Additionally, while waiting in the lobby, I witnessed something very upsetting. The front desk associate — a kind, elderly British woman who was clearly doing her best — was being harshly talked down to and humiliated by what appeared to be a manager. It was condescending, unprofessional, and completely out of line, especially in front of patients. As someone in healthcare leadership myself, I would never speak to an employee that way, let alone in front of others. It reflects extremely poor leadership and damages morale. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to schedule my own dental care here and will be going elsewhere. I sincerely hope corporate reviews this situation, as the behavior of management at the Everett location is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Gentle Dental name.

Dr. Kellogg is kind, compassionate, and gentle. She took an hour to get my occlusal guard fitting perfectly. Shout out to the hygienist Paul! He has such a calm demeanor and makes teeth cleaning painless.

All staff is incredibly respectful and nice. I am always in the best hands when trusting gentle dental, I love coming here and would recommend it to others.
