I was appreciative they had a quick opening on calendar when everywhere else is booked out 6 -8 weeks. I give a lot of grace because we all just humans trying to live, but it’s beyond unprofessional and as healthcare professional myself, I’d say teeters medical negligence and unethical. 1. Doctor and tech interpreted my x rays with me in ear shot. Doctor used an abundance of jargon and phrases like "bone loss". He came over to my chair didn’t even explain all that I had just heard with me probing. 2. Doctor diagnosed me an infection. I was sent home with only a polish. I of course thought later, if I had an infection shouldn’t I have antibiotics? I call not even 2 hours after my appointment and inform the receptionist I have an infection but no antibiotics. She ensured she would get it sent to the pharmacy…nothing. NEXT DAY I call in the morning and the call forwards to doctor phone. I spoke with the doctor and can tell he is driving but he ensured he would look at my chart when he got it and would have front desk contact me…by 3pm nothing. I go into the office and informed I had to wait because doctor was out of office. Doctor walked in the door with his food and approached the doctor because the tech/receptionist was in back. He kept walking towards his office and told the tech to talk to me. He closed his door and I was left giving the same information to this tech (also filling in for the receptionist I spoke with the day before) I gave to the receptionist. She even acknowledged my irritation. At this point it’s 24hr post appointment with a diagnosis of infection yet no medical management. At 6pm doctor finally send off prescription. 3. Doctor referred to endodontist. The referral wasn’t sent until 2 weeks after my appointment at this place, after I called 2x. 4. I go to get copy of plan of care and half the plan is cut off. The receptionist ask me to sign the half scanned plan. The part that’s cut off has stuff written on it. How can I consent to an incomplete plan? Of course the doctor isn’t in office but she swears she will get the doctor’s notes and re write the plan of care for me to sign…no call.

There is a reason why there are so many one star reviews for this practice. Without going into detail, I will simply say that after a single visit to this office, I IMMEDIATELY sought out a new provider. In my opinion, and from my awful experience with the office, , the poor reviews were absolutely, positively, and unequivocally earned. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read them before ever considering this office.

If you want to be harassed and scammed, I’d strongly recommend this dentist - Harpreet Tiwana. 👎 My mother-in-law endured an entire year of harassment and repeated clinic visits, yet the dentist completely failed to deliver the promised results. To this day, she remains toothless. The dentist took incorrect measurements and, when questioned, offered only baseless and nonsensical excuses. He even made us change our insurance twice. Once he had exhausted all our financial benefits, he began charging additional fees for "readjustments" to the dentures — without ever providing a receipt. When our family started demanding answers, instead of taking responsibility, he simply handed over the unfinished dentures and told us to "go to the lab and fix the size" ourselves. This experience was beyond frustrating. My mother-in-law not only struggled to eat but also suffered emotional trauma from the way this dentist treated her. She has now lost all trust in dental professionals and decided to remain toothless. Watching her cry and regret this ordeal broke our hearts — no family should ever have to go through something like this. This dentist’s actions are unethical, unprofessional, and exploitative. His license should be revoked, and he should be held accountable for scamming innocent patients. SHAME ON YOU Harpreet Tiwana!! 👎👎👎👎

I regret coming here but I have to fix whatever they did to my teeth, it’s been two weeks he filled my teeth and I’m in pain, his assistant scheduled me for today at 10am. I came here the door is locked I called them he said they are closed and she called me to reschedule. She never called me or leave me a message. He said she’ll call me Monday. First you have to understand the people’s time and second I’m in pain I don’t know what you did. If you don’t fix it I’ll take legal action, it’s not a threat I’m in pain and I think that’s fair if I do that.

I recently experienced a toothache and urgently needed to see a dentist. After calling several offices, I was fortunate to find this one, which was able to accommodate me the very next day. The staff was efficient and professional, taking X-rays promptly. The dentist conducted a thorough examination and prescribed me antibiotics to address my issue. Additionally, he scheduled me for my next appointment for an extraction. Overall, my experience was positive, and I appreciate the timely care I received. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone in need of urgent dental attention.

I was assigned to this office by my insurance and I've had bad experiences in the past. I was a little nervous to try another office . From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming, efficient and informative and patient with answering all my questions. The exam and cleaning was quick. Easiest dental appointment in a long time.

Staff were friendly but long waits and mixed care quality left me unsure if I would return after my visit
