Elk Grove Dental Care

I had a phenomenal first experience here. I chose to get my crown done here and I am super content that I did. The office is super clean and all of the staff is kind and greeted me with a smile. Valerie, the registered dental assistant made me feel super comfortable and she was super attentive in answering any questions or concerns that I had. You could just tell she has substantial experience and I am glad she started my care during my visit. Dr. Ahmadi was great and the crown process was quick and painless. I would recommend this office to anyone and I am lucky to have found them!

I had a terrible experience here. Your first appointment is a very expensive deep teeth cleaning and it's non-negotiable. Then I had a tiny cavity which I didn't even need dumbing. It was my first one in over 5 years. The dentist did the drilling and the glorified dental hygienist did the filling. The dental hygienist did a sloppy, terrible job on the filling. She caked on the filling all over my tooth and didn't even clean it up,nor frame it to my natural tooth. I asked her nicely to clean it up and frame it to my natural tooth. She refused and said, she doesn't want to ruin my tooth and the filling will go away over time. She was very unprofessional and didn't know what she was doing! Now I have to go back and get their terrible work in quality fixed!!! After this appointment I'm not going back!!! I'm only giving them 2 stars because they are going to fixed their sloppy work otherwise I would give them 1 star.

I've been a patient for over 7 years. Iris and the front desk staff are great! They are clearly a happy crew and they reflect that spirit to everyone who walks through the door. Dr. Ahmadi is both thorough and expedient. Best of all, he is not arrogant like some dentists I've been to over the years. I have healthy teeth and my visits have been exclusively for check-ups and cleaning. Stacy, Vina, and Alli have been my Hygienists. All three are so gentle that I have been known to doze off a bit.... I really like this team and recommend them with two thumbs ups!

I had a chipped tooth on a Friday night. Called Elk Grove Dental Care on Saturday morning and had excellent customer service and awesome dental repair. As I mentioned to the office, you folks are the "Nascar Pit Crew" of Dental Care. They were on it! So glad they were able to get me in on Saturday. Can say enough! Great experience with the entire team!

From Iris (Office Manager) at the front desk to Angela, the person who worked with urgency to give me back my smile!!! Everyone was awesome! I've had horrible dental experiences, which has left me with major dental anxiety. Going here has changed that! Everyone here is caring and professional. The front staff takes the time to explain insurance, cost, and payment options. This dentist is the only person to believe me when I said I could still feel pain and numbed the area a little more.
