I am extremely frustrated with how my dental care was handled by your office. I waited three months for two scheduled dental appointments, only to discover that your staff failed to obtain the required TRICARE pre-authorization. This is a basic administrative responsibility for any provider that accepts TRICARE, and the failure to complete it rests entirely with your office. Because this was not handled properly, the calendar year has now ended and my dental benefits have been forfeited. This represents a complete waste of my time and a loss of benefits that I am entitled to—through no fault of my own. I relied on your staff, including Bianca and the billing department, to manage the authorization process correctly, and that reliance was clearly misplaced. This situation could have been avoided with minimal diligence. Instead, I experienced unnecessary delays, poor communication, and ultimately a denial of care. I find this unacceptable and expect this matter to be addressed immediately. Please advise how your office intends to take responsibility for this error and what corrective action will be taken to prevent this from happening again.

Genuinely look forward to going to the dental office ever since I started coming. Fixed my previous dental issues and makes sure I'm set every 6 months. Great place!
