Park Dental Eagan

I had been going to Park Dental Eagan for 10+ years, but then had to switch to the Lakeville location last year due to some scheduling issues. I was overdue for a cleaning by 4-5 months, and Eagan called me one day out of the blue saying that they had some openings that day if I was free. I thought that was awesome as I was free for when they had an opening, so I grabbed it! There were all NEW people working there, and they gave me an incredible experience from start to finish: reception, helpers, dentist -- but the highlight was my hygienist! She discussed things in a way that was different and better than anyone has done in the past. Instead of the same old script that you always hear, she explained things in a more personalized way towards how I improve over time. She took the time to make sure that I understood things and was extremely helpful. I'm very happy that I came back to Park Dental Eagan!

I’ve been a patient of this dental office in Eagan for 30+ years and have seen different staff come and go, but the current staff was outstanding today. Dr Bieganek is personable and does great work. His assistant and front desk were very helpful and personable as well. Thank you!! I’m happy with my smile.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and so I was anxious to be seen…and judged or shamed. But that was the furthest thing from my experience here. Instead, everyone was kind, compassionate and nonjudgmental. The receptionist Kari was friendly, empathized with me when I told her I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and greeted me by name when I arrived and departed. My hygienist Nat was gentle and has a compassionate and calm demeanor. Lastly, Dr Brennan was outstanding. He is understanding and compassionate. I felt he genuinely cared about me and my overall health. He was great at explaining everything and was also a good listener. If you haven’t been to the dentist in a long time, if dentists make you nervous…this is the place for you.

The only reason this is getting more than one star is because Kelly is an AMAZING Dentist! Honestly she's one of the best I've ever had in my life. However the staff not so much..... I've been cancelled 3 times less than 2 hours before my appointment , I've been given Nothing but attitude, and rudeness from receptionists (especially Janet, she was very rude to me, and kept scoffing at me on the phone) . Wish they had their original team back , but I will definitely be going to a different location from now on.

Don’t waste your time here. The receptionist is clearly unhappy in her role—rude attitude, snarky remarks, and zero professionalism. I should have trusted the prior reviews and never called in the first place.

Dr Hagerty and the whole staff was amazing. I have a medical condition that required some work be done before I could continue. They got me in immediately and accommodated my time line. Went above and beyond what any other dentist I have ever had. They stayed late and finished what I needed to have done to keep me on schedule for my treatment If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend Dr Hagerty and this clinic
