Bjerke Dental

Experience was great. New hygienist was very good and extremely knowledgeable. New dentist also extremely knowledgeable. With that said was really disappointed the entire staff turned over without any heads up. This survey came from Bjerke Dental and he no longer is there

Dr. Tara Brodersen is awesome!! She fixed a tooth issue I had with a lost filling and a broken tooth, without insisting that I get a crown. This is the second time in a month, she has fixed an issue with an less intensive approach, that I think was innovative and sent me on my way. What a great dentist!! I would definitely recommend her and her team!

Scheduled a deep cleaning for a hard to floss space and had a very minor cavity to cover. Started at 8am and was done by 8:50am. Both went perfectly, super professional, both the Tech and Dentist performed excellent service. Already recommended to my other family members who have been coming to this clinic for 25 years....

Had an appt to see Dr Bjerke. Got there, all new people there from hygienists to office workers and dentists. They tell me Dr Bjerke retired back in Feb. I was never informed of this. Saw a hygienist and a dentist that I did not know. Why wasn't I notified that he was no longer there? I was there back in January of this year and nothing was mentioned that it was soon going to become a totally different practice. I had been going there for close to 25 years.

Dr bjerke was awesome and I’m sad he retired. He and the team were excellent. The new clinic is lacking. Communication is not a strong suite. I will not be returning but hope for the sake of their other patients they are just adjusting and will not continue to make the mistakes they did today.

I was referred to Dr Bjerke 8 years ago because my dentist at the time couldn't get me in for an emergency appt. Dr Bjerke got me in same day and I've never went anywhere else since. I have always been very anxious about my dentist visits, but him and his staff always put my fears at ease. He talks you through procedures, lets you know what he's going to do, etc. I needed my wisdom teeth pulled, and he walked across the hall to one of his colleagues and made an appt for me. Love this place and I'll never go anywhere else for dental care.

30 years going here, and the front desk lady is incorrigible. Several instances of poor attitude over the phone. In addition, I filled out multiple online requests and emails for appointments as access to a phone during business hours is tricky for me. It’s really disappointing. It can be a torture chamber at times in the seat too, but to keep the same dentist I’ve ever known I was driving a good distance each time. I start seeing a new dentist this week, and truly hope for change here.
