Eagan Smiles Dentistry

All of the staff were nice and friendly. Although, I stayed way longer than anticipated because there were findings that they found during my exam, I appreciate the the timeliness they took to complete my appointment. I have not gone to the dentist in 5 years and I’m happy I choose Eagan smiles as my go to. Amy, did my final appt and she sold me on purchasing the Oral B IO toothbrush. So far so good!

I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone and everyone! Dr. Kerkering, Dr. Johnson, all the Dental Assistants, and all front desk staff (Office Manager, Assistant Office Manager, and Office Coordinators) have given me the best experience from the start. Any time that I needed a last minute appointment, the staff always found a way to get me in to see my doctor in the same day. I've always left my appointments as a satisfied client and patient. This clinic truly cares for their patients and will help them with whatever their need is no matter how big or small it might be. I'm so glad that I found this clinic because I will never need to search for a new clinic ever again. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars from me!

After not going to the dentist for nearly 7 years, one of my set backs was finding a great dentist / doc that I could trust and felt comfortable with. That all changed when calling up Eagan Smiles. The staff are all very understanding and act like real people and not sales people 🙂 Dr K took care of me in ways that have made my self confidence come back about my teeth and overall health. I will be recommending this dentist office to everyone!

I don't like going to the dentist and I wasn't happy with my last one. I had a sensitive tooth. My wife did a google search and scheduled me an appointment at Eagan Smiles Dentistry. My appointment was the next day. Dr. Tran made me feel comfortable and didn't guilt me for not flossing enough. We made a treatment plan and I was very satisfied with my visit!

I visited Eagan Smiles around July due to an infection in one of my teeth. They performed a treatment, cleaned the canal, and placed a crown on the tooth. It has now been over eight months, and I am still experiencing the same infection I had before. I paid over $3,000 because my insurance does not cover most of the procedures. Initially, I was told that I would receive documentation that would help insurance cover the treatment later, but that turned out to be false—insurance did not cover anything. However, this is not even the main issue. The main problem is that I am still dealing with the same infection. Dr. Hamedy Rza claims it is a different issue, even though the infection is occurring in the same tooth. Now they want me to pay another $3,000–$4,000 to continue treatment. While I do like the crown they placed, I am still struggling with the ongoing infection, and it seems the clinic is not taking responsibility for the failed initial treatment. If you choose to go to this location, be aware that there is a high risk they will perform the work, collect payment, but not take responsibility if the problem persists. I’m just sharing my experience. Be aware, fraud alert ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ FYI, 90% 5star reviews because they offer 10$ coffee shop gift cards for 5 star reviews. They literally buy out reviews, to cover negative feedbacks - bad treatments.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lynh. She is an excellent dentist.very gentle, professional, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and the quality of her work. I’m very happy with the care I received.

I chipped my tooth and was able to get in the next day to have it filled and get my teeth cleaned. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Tran does great work. Highly recommend!
