Northwood Dental

Northwood Dental has been fantastic! Kind staff, great doctor(s), and all very empathetic. I let the staff know I was hesitant about the dentist on my first visit and they calmed my nerves. I've had a few other visits since and I've been very pleased with their office. Highly recommend.

Extremely well organized and completely focused on taking care of the patients in the most efficient fashion. We have moved to Eden Prairie, but they are so impressive that I have chosen to drive all the way to Eagan to still continue to see Dr. Todd Thomas.

Today I was cared for by Stephanie my Hygenist. I have know her for last few years and I have a great appreciation for her terrific care. She is thoughtful, always concerned I’m ok, and is very thoughtful. I always get a great cleaning and a nice experience. She’s a keeper !!! I should also mention I am always nicely greeted at the front desk by a friendly and very competent staff person.

My mom was my hygienist for the first 35 years of my life until she retired and I had to trust someone else to keep my grill flossing! Northwoods has been excellent, hygienists are friendly, gentle and kind, the dentist seems very knowledgeable and not pushing unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend.

Dr. Taple, Sue and Deanna are amazing, caring and attentive. Sue the hygienist was educational and informative. She knows her stuff! Dr. Taple has a wonderful "chairside" manner. Deanna is a kind, helpful, understanding patient care representative. Their office is serene and comfortable. As the owner of a small medical practice, I appreciate the service I get here.

I was pretty stressed coming to the clinic today. My wife's friend blocked my getting out of garage and I was already running late. But everyone from Natalie, to Stephanie, to Dr Taple, to Deanna were so good and friendly that my concerns soon had pretty much vanished. They do good work. And it's a friendly place.

First time visit as a new patient. Both the hygienist and Dr Thomas were excellent! They addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. My teeth cleaning was painless and very thorough. Highly recommend Northwood Dental!
