Midwest Dental – North Eagan, MN

These guys make me smile! 😁😁😁😁 The whole staff here is EXCEPTIONAL! So friendly. Especially, Dr. Aldrich. The work he does is amazing! I have had a few dentists and everyone else's work doesn't even compare to Dr. Aldrich's. Can't wait for my next cleaning!😁

A very good experience. Midwest Dental has been taking care of my teeth for a decade. They do excellent work. Dr. Aldrich is knowledgeable and listens to his patients. His has made me feel confident about the health and appearance of my teeth.

Very shoddy business practices. During my visit, the dentist told the hygienist that I suddenly had multiple problem areas, claimed one of my fillings was "falling apart," and told me I had two cavities in my back molars. This made little sense, especially since I’ve been flossing more consistently than ever and had not been told of any concerns at prior visits. What was especially concerning is that while the dentist thoroughly explained findings and even showed X-rays to the patient next to me, none of this was done for me. No X-rays were shown, and there was no explanation of where these supposed cavities were or what was wrong with the filling. It felt rushed and transactional, as if I was being seen as a source of revenue rather than a patient. I went elsewhere for a second opinion and, surprise, there were no areas of decay at all for it to be cavities. Additionally, the office is very pushy about fluoride treatments that insurance doesn’t cover. Now I’m receiving a $42 bill for something that was strongly encouraged without clear discussion of cost. Overall, the experience felt very money-driven and lacked transparency. I would recommend going elsewhere for dental care.

I am a regular patient but recently , I lost a gigantic old filing. Yes. They had an emergency appointment available the next morning. I was well taken care of and all my needs were met. I feel so lucky to have the emergency handled so expertly.

This is a dental clinic that provides excellent service and support along dental care. Assistance with scheduling, insurance and follow-up on appointments - was great. Dental care was also great- fully informed about procedures and involved in decision making. All the staff - front desk, hygienists, assistants and dentist - top notch.

We've been going to Midwest Dental in Eagan and are consistently impressed with their service. The professional and friendly staff, along with the high level of care and attention we receive, make each visit a positive experience for our family.

Kyleen cleaned my teeth yesterday and it is apparent she is experienced and skillful as a hygienist. Doctor Aldrich provided me with some guidance on an upcoming root canal appointment I have at the U of MN Dental clinic. He was very patient and generous with the time he had for me.
