Customer Reviews
College Street Dental has a rating of 4.3 out of 5 based on over 200 reviews on Google
My experience with College Dental was outstanding. From the moment you walk into their clean and bright office, you feel genuinely welcomed. The front office staff is efficient, friendly, and attentive. I needed extensive dental work, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me, even managing to schedule my treatment during the busy end of year period. They took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan, and Valerie was incredibly thorough and patient when going over the billing details and financing options. The doctor performed the surgery with exceptional skill, ensuring I experienced minimal pain both during and after the procedure. Juan, the dental assistant, was outstanding his chair-side manner, kindness, and sense of humor made the entire process much easier and more comfortable. I highly recommend College Dental for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care.
Absolutely loved the Dental experience we received. My kids were so happy with their Pediatric Dentist. She was very patient, thorough and gentle with them. The staff were also very amicable and genuine. Highly recommend!
This place removed half of my wisdom teeth and left my mouth open for 40 minutes while they all collectively went to lunch. Whilw the first 2 teeth were being taken out they were talking about what they wanted for lunch. It was a very unprofessional conversation to have over a patient while in a procedure. A few minutes later the aroma of food was present and they asked if I needed a break. I said no and they pushed about 3 times more & they all left me in there for 30-40 minutes. I could hear them having a blast in a nearby room. Meanwhile i was laying there alone with my mouth open. Once back they finished in 5 minutes. They could have had me out of there way sooner but instead insisted on eating in the middle of my oral surgery. Also to add they improperly injected the numbing inducing blackout & hallucinations for about a minute and the dental assistants just watched my while i blacked out on the chair with my face to my knees. Oral surgeon walked in yelling at them to follow protocol and lay me a certain way to avoid a fatality. Very risky coming here. I would never come back & I would never recommend it to anyone.
Our family of 3 has been coming here for a few years now. We have been happy coming to this dentist office as we have always received the best care. My son gets a little nervous coming to the dentist but they always make him feel at ease by talking to him and distracting. The staff and doctors are very helpful and attentive. Also it's always clean and the music is nice to listen to while getting your teeth clean.
Making you wait for 3 hours for a teeth cleaning is unacceptable. The worst part is that they don’t care! This is so disrespectful, we don’t need to put up with it. Not the first time and getting worse. Plague them with bad ratings. I won’t go back. There are other dentists!
Appt scheduled for 1130am. Checked in at 1115am. Wasn't given new patient forms until 12pm... to top off this visit the DA setting up after xrays set up the air water syringe and basic tray setup without gloves.
Dr. James Wohlmuth is a truly amazing dentist. He takes the time to explain the why behind every step, creating an open and comfortable space for questions and conversation. His professionalism and intelligence stand out in every visit—he’s thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients. He’s truly one of the best in his field and absolutely worth seeing. My highest recommendations to James!
