If I could give a zero I would. Nothing against the staff and the single dentist working the morning of my appointment. It was the abysmal scheduling. I had an appointment at 9am on a Tuesday and was not called in to see the dentist till 9:40am. There were several other patrons that had been waiting since 9am. X-rays were done quickly and politely by an assistant. Then they took me to the dental chair where I waited about 10 minutes till the dentist checked my teeth. It took her less than a minute to identify my cavity. She then walked away and I asked the assistant how long it would take. She then told me I was looking at anywhere from an hour to hour and a half before the dentists could work on me fora basic cleaning and one cavity. Ridiculous. I told her "No, thank you. I will be leaving." She also told me that their parent company gets their client schedule and decided how many dentists to send to their location. Management, or whoever, makes that decision if you see 4-5 patients scheduled all at 9am consider sending more than one dentist. This won't affect me in the future as I will not be returning.

I’ve been to this dentist for a while now , and I will say, it’s a great place for kids and adults. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I recommend 10/10. Ariana , ADA and David always provide a great service. Also, Michelle — she helped me with my paperwork in moving forward with my treatment. 🙏🏽

I recently received dental treatment at this office and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. I would like to highlight Sheri Widdis, the dental assistant who supported my visit. Sheri was exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring from start to finish. Her expertise and warm demeanor created a comfortable and positive experience. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt cared for. Highly recommend!

I started at one their other offices for my extractions, but they don’t have an actual Oral Surgeon. When I made my appointment they will tell you that you are seeing a surgeon- You’re not! I had specific needs and I wanted options and a Real Oral Surgeon. Luckily, I met an awesome assistant named Sheri. Once I told them I wanted to be put to sleep, She did my entire consultation. She was so kind and smart. She went over every situation for me. I feel so relieved knowing she will be the one helping to give me the sedation. We have a date over school break! Thank you Sheri! Best experience in my life. My mom agrees. We will be coming to Covina just for Sheri.

The reason that you have to wait in the dentist office for two hour is because they overbooked the patient so that the office can get more money. California's 'Timely Access to Care' standards require in-office wait times not to exceed 30 minutes.

The staff was very friendly. Dr. Rose and Ada did a very good job with explaining every process of my treatment and cleaning. They talked to me about how to take care of my teeth and were very kind in how I was feeling.

I had such a terrible experience with the front end staff,the dr, scheduling, and receiving updates on insurance referrals. I didnt go to the dentist after this for 3 years because i was convinced the dentist was unable to do anything, I was wrong, Its just THIS SPECIFIC DENTIST that is useless. I recently went to a new dentist last week and received the care this dentist supposedly said wasnt covered by my insurance which included a crown and a deep cleaning. I could go on and on about the awful service my son also received aswell but ill wrap this up. I do not recommend this place if your time,health and teeth are important to you. The staff will play in your face and waste hours of your time and accomplish nothing.
