I would not recommend this place to anyone who carries state insurance or has work they need done. I went to see Michele L. Tafoya, and she was very rude and judge mental. She had the nerve to make a rude comment about my other daughter that wasn’t even a patient. Her staff also seemed tense around her and she made me feel uncomfortable. Being a pediatric dentist, or someone who works in healthcare in general should learn some empathy and understand not everyone grew up in the same upbringing as you. Dr. Makenzie staff was very kind so it’s not everyone in the building but this ladies staff I would never recommend and should honestly be fired.

The receptionist to this place needs to be fired, she is so rude its disgusting! My dental insurance company called because I told them how rude and badly treated I was by the lady that answered the phone and the dental insurance lady was mind blown how rude and disgusting she was treated as well. She made a grievance against the woman and I did as well. I wish I could comment on how the dentists are but the reception said that my son is no longer welcome there due to being contacted 4 times regarding coverage concerns which she dont even feal with but would not transfer either of us to talk to someone regarding insurance coverage. Im sure the dentists atbthe office are exceptional but the receptionist is bringing them down l. All the negative reviews are about the receptionist. Get rid of the woman she should not be in customer service.

Went to wrong address and park dental, who shares an office with tds, called ahead, checked us in, took her right back and we were done in no time. Excellent job guys

Receptionist very rude. Staff really sell what you don't need. Went in to have a tooth pulled basic may I add and staff went in and ordered a porcelain implant without my approval. Whaaat? Reported this and was flabbergasted when I found out. Needless to say. Backed out of my appointment. Very dishonest and unethical.

Cannot stress how grateful I am for the pediatrics team here! Our daughter needed MULTIPLE caps and the team here was BEYOND supportive and kind to our daughter who was so scared. I will FOREVER be thankful for this clinic and their team and will continue recommending them for anyone who’s children need a little more support during dental work!

Taking my care to another clinic due to rude and unhelpful receptionists. First encounter in person they were rude and passive aggressive when I ran into an unanticipated charge that was not communicated in advance. Next, they were reluctant, bothered, and unhappy to help me find a day to schedule a procedure. Called OMS specialists to inquire and the receptionist was joyful, educative, and happy to help. Night and day difference. Dr. Karban was nice but quick with his assessment, not looking into medical history. After 3 interactions with staff, I didn’t feel like I would be heard or cared for safely.

A couple months ago I was referred because I was having shooting pain in a root canal tooth and the dentist I saw said it was urgent. The person who called to set up my appointment seemed very impatient when I said I needed to go upstairs to get my insurance card and he told me to call back. I've never had someone do that when scheduling an appointment, but okay. I called back and no one answered. Even when I called again. I didn't want to bother so I'm going somewhere else since clearly the receptionist doesn't understand what urgent means.
