HealthPartners Dental Clinic Coon Rapids

Miss the health partners dental office in sartell. Coin rapids staff are rude. I waited fifteen minutes before getting helped. I was patience but the staff was so rude. Appointment was at 4:40pm, I arrived at 4:25pm, wasn’t helped until 4:40pm, and wasn’t seen until 5pm. A few minutes before 5pm I wanted to ask why such the long wait. The receptionist told me to wait again. Then finally someone called my daughter name. She was rude as well. This is a very rude clinic. I have no issue with waiting but communication, being professional, and common courtesy would be appreciated. Overall a poor experience!

These type of clinics should be shut down the rudeness from customer service when you are dealing with pain! My son was listed as a patient in 2017 and because he never used the services he no longer can come there she said find another clinic! The rudeness with these unprofessional workers

Awful experience with this clinic. Took my foster daughter in for an orthodontic evaluation. Staff were very rude to her and clearly had no interest in answering our questions. All they would say was that they would send the info into the insurance company and we would hear back within 4-6 weeks. After 2 months I called the insurance company myself and found out that the clinic had never submitted the info. I was advised to start over at a new more reliable clinic. My initial sense was that my foster daughter was treated poorly because she had state insurance and/or the fact that she is mixed race. Very disappointing.

I couldn’t even make it past an initial phone call to setup an appointment as a new patient. The person that answered the phone was very rude and instantly asked for my insurance number. I said I didn’t have my card on me, but have Health Partners insurance. She said call back when I have the number and hung up on me. Hopefully dodged a bullet as I will be looking elsewhere.

Worst dental clinic. They excepted my insurance, did X-rays and cleaning then called me a couple weeks after and said they cannot except the insurance because it was through the state. How is it possible they didn't tell me the day when I provided them my insurance card to scan it in the system. Another thing happened with them was I requested my X-rays to be transferred to another clinic by emailing them the authorization for release form filled out. Called them after 6 days- they told me they never received the form. I double checked the email was delivered they received it. By their fault I had to pay out of pocket for the X-rays at the new clinic. Rude customer service. They make you feel you did a mistake and that it was your ffault not theirs. Not professional. My advise don't go there.

I have experienced very poor customer service from this clinic. Twice I had requested a mouth guard to help my teeth at night from clenching. I have placed several calls this week to follow up. Monday I was told insurance denied the request. Insurance had no record of a request. I called back today and was told the clinic was closed but the receptionist said a request was placed this past Monday. Find a new clinic!!

I called to reschedule an appointment today and I was told that they are full for the month of August and September. The lady I talked to also said I have to call September 1st to see if I can get a schedule for October. So, I tried to call again and talked to another Health Partners representative and she was able to see a bunch of schedules available for August and September at Coon Rapids. In fact she was able to put me in for August 29th. I felt like the first representative just wanted to dismiss me and wasn't willing to help at all. Anyways, I am on the process of trying to talk to a manager or supervisor to see where the disconnect is.
