In the past, I have always been put to sleep for extractions. The two times I was awake were awful. This time was much better as they gave me nitrous. The dentist was honest with me about the fact that I could not have an implant because I had too much bone loss and was not a candidate for a bone transplant. He was very good. I did not have any pain after the numbing medicine wore off, except for the pain in my neck, head, face when I opened my mouth wide or yawned because he had to open my mouth much wider than I could open it on my own, and it stretched the muscles. I think it is getting much better.

Dr Karban, The extraction of my wisdom tooth went smoothly. I have had no real discomfort in the days following the procedure. Thank you for your work.

Dr. Karban knows how to do his job, but only in the sense that he can yank out a tooth. I was very clear that I was extremely anxious about getting my tooth pulled, I had never had this done before, and him and the nurse brushed off my concerns multiple times. When I was in the chair, I was crying and they told me I needed to stop, they didn't wait for the novocaine to work, and despite me moaning and groaning they did absolutely nothing and did not care at all. I expressed I felt like I was going to pass out and got told I didn't look pale, so I was fine. In contrast, my husband had his tooth pulled today and they were very nice, Dr made conversation with him about tattoos and they got him ice packs and apple juice when he said he felt like he was going to pass out. Working in healthcare myself I would NEVER treat a patient like this, and I sincerely hope that they either change their approach to female patients or patients experiencing anxiety(whatever their issue is) or refer them elsewhere.

Dr. Karnak was very skilled and worked methodically with confidence. When I problems with excessive bleeding, they saw me the same day to remedy the problem.

Dr karban really knows what he's doing and how to do it. Just got my wisdom tooth extracted and it was the best tooth extraction experience I've ever had. Went smooth, quick and painless. His assistant was also very nice and a joy to talk to and explained everything very well 😊 thanks guys

It was very good that I remember or felt nothing from the time the IV was started to when I greeted my wife in the waiting room. I was disappointed I did not receive a follow up call the following day. I felt the aftercare instruction packet was confusing and contradictory. I was concerned by bleeding that evening and continuing mild pain still on day 4, but worked thru those issues on my own… RML

The staff there was fantastic. Conceren about my well being. Very friendly and answered any questions I had. I would highly recomend them to anyone who needs a dental specialist.
