Montgomery Park Dental

Been going here for years every 6 months for cleanings and other procedures. Not the same, seems to be not focused on preventative care anymore. They were watching an area at a cleaning, next cleaning said all is good, next cleaning oh that is a cavity in the area they were watching. Ended up being a very deep cavity costing be more than originally expected when they filled it. I was like ok let’s not give up yet. Next cleaning the dentist said "on your X-rays" and I had to tell him I didn’t have X-rays that day. But the final issue was with my teenager. Paid for a $300 treatment to help her teeth. Next cleaning oh you have a cavity, tech told her oh we probably didn’t apply the stuff right maybe we can do some for free when you get the cavity filled I’ll ask. When I called to find out more why they back peddled said oh that tech was a fill-in they were wrong, and it’s just a cosmetic issue we were telling her ‘could’ be addressed not a cavity. I always do two cleanings a year and know your teeth are an important part of your overall health. But their standards for preventative care have seriously declined so choose carefully if you want a dentist practice that also focuses on preventative it’s not them in my opinion.

Been coming here for years I enjoy the great service I receive from Cathy my hygienist and from -Dr. Jovanovic my dentist I really appreciate the awsome service always quick in and out ... there very good on keeping me informed on my next dental visits.. so I never miss a date even when I forget they dont.....they have my teeth looking great and even recovering from years of abuse and neglect.... awsome team no doubt

Wow! This office has changed so much since the last time I was here. We had moved and it was too far to come, but now that we’re back in the area, I’m thrilled to return. Dr. Jovanovic is amazing! I called on a Thursday because an older filling had fallen out, and they got me in first thing Monday. They took care of everything and went above and beyond my expectations. So happy to be back at Montgomery Park Dental—highly recommend!

Great team. Very nice and inviting office setting. Care was quick and complete. Treated me and my wife respectfully and very informative. Glad to have chosen this team for my dental cate.

Very well managed and maintained dental surgery. I went to my first visit today (cleaning) and it was very pleasant. Actually looking forward to visiting the dentist!

My experience at this dentist office with the hygienist was a good one. My only problem with this dentist office is a lack of communication with their patient about the financial side of it. If you are on their call list, they have no problem daily or even weekly reminding you of the appointments coming up, the future treatment you need to schedule, but no one ever reaches out about insurance not covering certain things. Leaving your patients blindsided on the financial side of treatment it’s not a way to do business. I will be looking for another dentist that communicates better. I was told I was going in for a check up and a polish, not a scaling. In Conclusion, I should’ve been notified about that as soon as the insurance refused to pay for my last treatment and they should’ve also made me aware that the treatment I was coming in for today was not paid for as well.

My dental hygienist was humble and kind. Simple and clear explanations. Her beautiful and soft smile was adorable. Doctor was amazing brief analysis and happy to see us. My daughter was happy and confident on the treatment received.
