White Oak Dental Care

I had an amazing experience as not only a new patient but a new Texas resident as well. The front desk ladies were super kind, friendly and helpful. Melissa (hygienist) was awesome! She took time to explain everything she’d be doing in detail, as well as showed me using that great iTero technology! Dr. Nguyen came in and explained next steps for my care and he was very friendly too! As I was getting an xray, another hygienist walked past and she even spoke to me. The facility itself is very clean and pretty! I felt like I was at a private dental office, like it was just for me. Before leaving they made sure I had a clear understanding of what happened during my visit and any next steps that should be taken, including providing costs estimates. My favorite part of the visit, was grabbing that AMAZING lip balm on my way out haha. I went home super excited and told my husband all about it!

I love my dental office. Ary and Mel all the girls take such good care of me. Got my partial today and it’s amazing. The girls are always in great moods laughing and smiling which makes dental visits easier. Thanks all of you for a great dentist experience!!!

Amazing experience today. They are up front about costs and will answer any questions concerning insurance, costs, timelines, etc. Staff is very mindful of their patients' experience and reminded me that I could let them know at any time if there was any discomfort or problem during treatment by raising my left hand. There were no problems to address, however. X-rays and tooth scans/pictures were quick and painless, although a little uncomfortable--it's pretty much impossible not to endure some momentary discomfort for the good of your dental health. I was properly educated about gum disease and the course of treatment, which I am following through with. During fillings, my teeth and gums were properly numbed and I experienced no complications. Payment plan application was a breeze. Treatment plan and costs are all laid out before anything is done. Any changes that need to be made have to be signed by the patient, so there are no surprises. Front of house are very kind and welcoming. Thank you to Ary, Donna, and Dr. Dalwadi. I was embarrassed after not having been to a dentist in far too long but y'all took care of me with zero judgement and 100% professional medical practice. Will be coming back for all future care!

The staff is amazing very compassionate and knowledgeable Dr and assistant Ary were just Great!!! I truly recommend it and definitely keep the White Oak dental my place for now on

I have had an absolute nightmare of an experience with White Oak Dental. I have been in for three cleanings and one appointment for fillings. The first time I went I noticed the dentist and front desk staff were quite rude, but the hygienist was wonderful so I decided it was fine. The dentist spent 15 minutes telling me I needed to spend upwards of $3,000 because my teeth are apparently about to fall out of my mouth (I’m 25 years old for context- there is no way.) I went a few more times for cleanings and decided to schedule some fillings. This is where the problems began. They spoke with me extensively about costs and I have paperwork proving what they stated it was going to cost. Day of after treatment I noticed the charge was about $100 more than what they quoted. Frustrating, but at the end of the day probably an issue with insurance. Then, 2 MONTHS after treatment, they begin sending emails saying I owe them $250. I call to let them know I will not be paying them that money because I was made aware of cost and had already paid more than what was agreed upon. I also let them know to cancel all future appointments. Then, 3 months later, they call me ONE BUSINESS DAY before an appointment I supposedly have to "confirm". I am not confirming. I say I will not be there for above reasons and they state there will be a $75 charge because I didn’t give enough notice. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible experience at White Oak Dental. And they want to send emails asking me to leave a review. Here’s your review White Oak- prioritize customer service and stop overcharging and going back on your word to make more money.

I’ve been visiting this dental office for at least two years now. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making them feel like family. Today, they surprised me with an amazing gift basket. You all are the best! You are the best dental office in Conroe, Texas.
