The team was incredibly warm, attentive, and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Richards explained everything clearly, recommending an implant as the perfect, long-lasting solution. The procedure was surprisingly smooth with minimal discomfort, and the healing process was seamless. Now I smile and a it looks natural again. I can chew without any trouble, and my bite feels perfectly balanced. I even caught myself grinning in the mirror the other day without thinking twice! Dr. Richards and his staff were wonderful during my crown procedure. I was very nervous, and they truly took that into consideration—being patient, careful, and extremely communicative every step of the way. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful experience much easier.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Richards and his team for years. He has been such a great dentist to us and we would highly recommend him. Our son needed some work done to a tooth and he created a plan to take the upmost care of him. 5 stars!

I came in for a broken crown and they were able to find time to see me and get me fixed up with a new crown very quickly. I was glad that I was able to get a second crown on this tooth and he didn’t try to upsell an implant! Great experience overall, friendly staff and when I returned for a cleaning the hygienist was friendly and spent ample time to clean, polish and even floss my teeth. She was also nice enough to hand clean some of the more sensitive spots to make it more comfortable.

Dr. Richards and his staff do great work. He is very concise and he presented a dental plan that worked for me. I needed a ton of work and it was spaced out with the most needed first. No unexpected costs and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I never felt any pain or discomfort during my multiple visits. The entire experience was excellent. I highly recommend him for any dental work.

Great office, great staff. Doctor Richards is super professional and kind. Easy to talk to and very reasonably priced. Not pushy like some offices can be. The office is clean and easy to get to.
