They really made me feel comfortable (I'm usually NOT comfortable at a dentist office). They are very kind and professional. One very important aspect was getting into the office and getting out in a reasonable amount of time. My last experience was several hours later you get to go home.

Did not have to wait. Desk personal friendly and checked me in quickly. Chelsea (took X-rays) was fantastic and kind. Dentist was great!! Had positive experience with dental work I had done.

Do not come here for veneers! The temporary lasts longer than the "permanent" Went in due to a 12 year old veneer having cracked, which required replacement. First time try with a "permanent" didn't last 2-weeks before coming off (with a sandwich of all things) Office wouldn't answer/return my calls for a week. The reattatchment lasted less than a week before coming off in a salad. Calls went to voicemail again. Now I'm up at 1am writing this because I woke up having swallowed the veneer (not wearing it, with denture bonding, causes discomfort due to airflow over the exposed "stub"). This whole process has been a very annoying 6 weeks of repeated visits.

Hands Down the Best Dental Office! I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely wants the best for their patients. A special shoutout to Kaylee, the manager she is incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about my treatment plan and insurance options. You can tell she really cares about creating a great experience for every patient. Also, Brooke at the front desk is amazing! She’s so sweet and made the check-in process super easy. She helped me find the best time for my appointments and was patient and informative throughout the entire process. The care I received from the dental staff was top-notch, and I left feeling confident about my dental health. If you’re looking for a clean, organized, and welcoming dental office with a team that truly goes above and beyond, this is the place to go!

If the dentist they have working there would do a better job on the procedures that we get done instead of just wanting to get the money from the insurance company would be ok. I got a bridge and crowns done there. Well the crown broke after 5 months of getting it and I called and they told me that I no longer had warranty cause the warranty is only good for 90 days. Then the bridge came unglued and I called and they started saying that that had to do all this procedures and they had to see how much the insurance will cover. Well I’m definitely not going back to them ever again. So people make sure you guys get your dental work checked before walking out that door.

All staff was very pleasant and helpful. The dentist did a great job and I experienced very minimal pain, and since I had a root canal and a crown, it was a very good experience. I would recommend Castle Dental.

This dental office has a friendly staff and a busy doctor. While the decor feels outdated, the warm welcome and efficient care make up for it.
