Had a really great experience here! Everyone was super kind and welcoming, and I felt genuinely taken care of the whole time. The dental assistant was awesome and made everything feel easy and comfortable, and the doctor was enthusiastic, kind and explained my care plan throughly. The entire visit went smoothly. Definitely recommend!

I've been going to this dentist office for years, and Dr Sites and the staff at Springs Dental Care took good care of me. Recently they've had pretty much a complete change of staff, and now I've met with Dr Struhs and Dr Carter, who are both very knowledgeable and professional. Keelana performed my dental cleaning today and she was fantastic; thorough, meticulous, and informative. Karla and Joy at the front desk were super helpful and friendly. Overall I am super happy with the wonderful team here. Periods of transition can be very rough, but I'm very glad to say that Springs Dental Care is solidly still my dentist office!

Melissa, my hygienist, was very cold and not gentle. I told her right away that I have anxiety going to the dentist and that did not seem to matter. I found out later that she’s from a temp agency. I would suggest not asking her back!. Jillian, the dental assistant, was absolutely phenomenal! Very warm and made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. Dr. Young was so friendly and had amazing patient interaction!

I felt like the visit was nothing more than a money scam I had to take 18 mouth X-rays and then a full mouth X-ray scan why the need for both? Then the dr came in and was completely phony trying to be friendly after it was all said and done they recommended almost 5000 dollars worth of work. I just moved out here from another state I just retired from the military and also I was getting regular dental care every six months prior to moving out here neither the military dentist nor my civilian dentist recommended the things I was told I needed today. It’s unbelievable what these supposedly professional try to do. Also when I told them I had to speak to my wife about the recommended work they said oh you mean the boss very unprofessional.

Horrible experience from billing to getting a crown. After going to my initial broken tooth consultation - I was told I would need a crown. On the day I was seen in the office, I had roughly 10 X-rays for 1 tooth - done by an assistant that was expressing her frustration with her inability to get a good x-ray by mumbling under her breath and huffing and puffing loudly with each attempt. Very unprofessional. But the worst part was when I had to return to get my permanent. My appointment was cancelled because the Dr. was sick so I was asked to reschedule on the next day the Dr would be in. I agreed to the appointment, and was greeted by the unprofessional assistant I had previously seen, who was going to put my crown on my lower jaw until I corrected her and told her it was my upper molar (all while looking right at my chart). She (not the Dr. who I was scheduled to see) proceeded to grab pliers and asked me to open up so she could pull out the temporary crown (which was cemented in VERY well). She did not numb me or treat me gently, but proceeded to roughly pull my temporary crown until I screamed in pain and requested to be numbed. She rolled her eyes and got another assistant to numb me and finish the rest of my permanent crown. This next assistant (still no Dr.) dried the area before attaching my permanent crown and proceeded to have difficulty putting the crown in its proper place - at one point even dropping the crown in my throat. I coughed it back up so as not to swallow it. While the crown was wet from going in my throat, she proceeded to finally attach the crown. when finished, I went to pay, I stated that I was being overcharged, but the lady assured me that if I was overcharged, I would be refunded within 60 days. After 90 days - no refund, I called the office ad spoke to Joy who spoke to me in a very rude and condescending voice, stating that she would check with corporate and get back to me within 48 hours. And, as I expected - no call back. I am beyond frustrated and honestly horrified by my experience at this facility. I must say -the Denist herself was AMAZING -too bad she has such a horrible crew that gives the whole facility a bad name.

This dental facility is the best I've been to in my life. Ive hated the dentist since I was a child and this place really removed all of those hesitations and annoyances. Kate, dr young and few of the other assistants on my procedure were really patient, respectful and explained every last little detail. In addition had lots patience with me as my infection was very aggressive & severe. The only hiccup I experienced was the new guy at the counter seemed really confused and unalert. Maybe he was new but aside from that 0 issues and this will be my preffered dentist for years to come.

Nice office, close to home. Cleaning was good this time, love Lisa! Update: Dr Sites and Katie did a great job on my replacement crown and filling! Almost pain free. Very pleased.
