I went in for a cleaning and Lorena is very patient and make you feel very comfortable. She is very good at explaining things and answering questions. She’s super efficient and makes it an enjoyable experience. Dr. Bannon is very good at what he does and runs a great practice. He makes sure you don’t have a miserable time at the dentist and keeps the atmosphere relaxed and fun. I’d say Preferred Dental has earned its name and is the best in the west by far.

I love preferred dental! I love Dr Bannon. He’s very personable and always makes your experience worth your while. I had to have an emergency root canal and Dr Phill did it! He is incredibly kind and very quick! His assistant Luis made me feel comfortable and made sure he explained each process! BONUS! There’s crown mill so same day CROWN! No temp crowns! Huge plus!

I’ve had an incredible experience at this dental office. Dr. Bannon is truly exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and always patient when explaining treatments. He makes you feel safe and cared for every step of the way. Luis, his assistant, is amazing as well. He’s attentive, kind, and always ensures you’re comfortable during the visit. Their teamwork makes every appointment run smoothly. A special thank you to Rachel K, my hygienist. She is gentle yet thorough and takes the time to educate and make preventive care easy. I feel so well taken care of every time I sit in her chair. And Karina at the front desk is wonderful! She’s welcoming, organized, and goes above and beyond to help with scheduling and answering questions. She always greets you with a smile, making each visit pleasant from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this team—they genuinely care about their patients and provide excellent care every time. 🌟

Best experience ever! I just moved here and was driving down the road when I saw their sign. I went to their website and sent a quick "make an appointment" request. Within 30 minutes I had an email and a same day appointment for a soft denture alignment. Within 1 hour I had all the new patient paperwork texted and filled out. When I showed up for my appointment everyone was very friendly and my Dental Assistant was Luis. Luis was amazing, he went over my insurance options with me and what he suggested was the best which was to move to a hard alignment. This isnt just a quick switch, this made this appointment now a 2 hour appointment. Without even a second thought Luis informed me of the lengthy appointment and said if I wanted to he could accommodate it. I definitely took him up on that. Right away I hear Luis tell the doctor he wouldnt be able to assistant in a couple things and right away I heard the Dr's team jump in to help out! That right there is a 5 star team! Luis explained how uncomfortable this alignment can be and literally was there every second of it making this whole experience absolutely the best! Thank you again to the whole team at Preferred Dental and the great atmosphere and teamwork.

I don't have enough words to describe how good Dr Bannon and his staff are. The amount of patience and skill his team has allows me to trust them and know the outcome is going to be exactly what would be optimal. If you have hesitated about going to the dentist just go give them a try seriously it's changed my life and again I can't recommend them enough.

Great experience overall. The dentist, Dr. Bannon and Dr. Lois made me feel at ease and explained each step clearly. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The clinic was clean and organized. I’m very happy with the service.

Dr. Bannon was amazing and took time to make sure everything was perfect. Luis was very attentive and took care of me as well as Racheal P. The place is clean and tidy and sanitation is on par. Great staff!! Definitely recommend!!
